BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2 with upside
ANALYSIS: San Francisco 49ers wideout Deebo Samuel caught all four of his targets for 116 yards and two touchdowns while also rushing for 22 yards and one touchdown in the Week 13 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
In Week 14, the 49ers will take on the Seattle Seahawks at home. The Seahawks rank 23rd in the NFL in fewest receiving yards allowed this season which gives Samuel a friendly matchup against a young secondary. Samuel has shown bursts of WR1 potential this season, but his inconsistency in workload leaves him more as a WR2 value for the remainder of the season.
Samuel provides both receiving and rushing capability which leaves him as a must-start player for Week 14 and can be viewed as a high-end WR2 this week with WR1 upside. Samuel has caught just three touchdowns this season but is facing a Seattle defense who has given up the 10th most scores this year.
