BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: It remains to be seen if Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (knee) will be ready for Week 1 against the Chicago Bears. Hopkins injured his knee in practice earlier this offseason and was given a four-to-six-week timeline back on August 1. As a result, there is some optimism that the veteran will be able to suit up in the team's season opener.
If he does, though, there is some risk in starting him in fantasy in Week 1. For starters, he is coming off a multi-week knee injury that kept him out of preseason action. So, the Titans could decide to have him on a snap count in his first game. That's why he finds himself as a fantasy WR4 to begin the year.

On top of that, Bears cornerback Jaylon Johnson could be shadowing him in this content. There's a chance Johnson shadows Calvin Ridley, but if he doesn't, Hopkins could have a tough time in this game. The Pro Bowl corner ranked first in yards per reception allowed (7.6) and 10th in catch rate allowed (51.7%) in 2023.
