BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: Many thought DeAndre Hopkins would have a massive 2023 season with the Tennessee Titans. Unfortunately, Tennessee’s struggling passing attack has made the star wide receiver more of a weekly flex option than a plug-and-play starter. Hopkins is the WR27 for the year, averaging 10.7 half-point PPR fantasy points per game.
The Titans started Will Levis in Week 8 against the Atlanta Falcons. The veteran wide receiver had his best performance of the year in that game, totaling four receptions on six targets for 128 receiving yards and three touchdowns, scoring 32.8 fantasy points. Unfortunately, Hopkins has struggled since the massive performance, catching seven of 20 targets for 87 receiving yards and only 12.7 fantasy points over the past two weeks.
While the former Clemson star has struggled lately, he has a solid matchup this week. The Jacksonville Jaguars have surrendered 29.6 fantasy points per game to wide receivers, slightly above the league average. They have given up at least one receiving touchdown to wide receivers in every game this season. Hopkins is a boom-or-bust WR3 in Week 11.
