BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 9% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Twins' rookie David Festa did it again, blanking the Cubs over five frames last night while striking out nine hitters and allowing just four baserunners (two walks, two hits).
The right-hander got off to a rocky start as a pro, allowing 12 earned runs over his first two starts. However, he's showing signs that he's figuring it out, as he's allowed just three earned runs over his last three starts with a 22:4 strikeout-to-walk ratio.
Festa pairs a mid-90s fastball with a mid-80s slider and changeup and has shown increased accuracy in his most recent starts, working the corners of the strike zone and keeping the ball away from the middle of the plate.

Festa had shown significant strikeout ability in the minor leagues, so it's no surprise that he's also having success getting whiffs at the major league level.
The Twins pitching coaches have an excellent reputation for getting the most out of their guys, and it seems like they're getting Festa on the right track. He's a strong add in most formats, as he looks like he could stick as the fifth starter for the rest of the season.
