ANALYSIS: New York Jets wide receiver Davante Adams was acquired in a trade from the Las Vegas Raiders earlier this week. The future Hall of Fame wide receiver is reunited with his former Green Bay Packers quarterback – Aaron Rodgers.
Despite the two playing for different teams the past few years, Rodgers and Adams showed no signs of rust in practice this week. The future Hall of Famers have a strong on-the-field connection. Interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich said Adams will play Sunday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Unfortunately, the Steelers have held wide receivers to only 23.8 half-point PPR fantasy points per game, the 10th-fewest in the NFL. However, they have surrendered 34.9 or more fantasy points in two of the past three games.
More importantly, Rodgers will want to showcase Adams on national television in his first game with the Jets. While the RotoBaller rankings have the veteran as the WR3 or flex option in Week 7, I consider Adams a mid-range WR2 with upside.
