Should I Start D'Andre Swift For Fantasy Football?
Swift is the RB6 for the year, averaging 13.3 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The former Georgia star has 117 rushing attempts for 571 yards and three touchdowns this season. He has scored at least 13.4 fantasy points in all but one game since Week 1.
This week, he faces the Cowboys in a difficult fantasy football matchup for the running back. Dallas has surrendered 15.8 fantasy points per game to running backs, the ninth-fewest in the NFL. However, they have given up three rushing touchdowns to running backs over their past three games.
Fantasy players should consider Swift a high-end RB2 in Week 9.
Should I Start Tony Pollard For Fantasy Football?
Pollard is the RB18 for the year, averaging 12.2 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The former Memphis star has 108 rushing attempts for 423 yards and two touchdowns this season. However, he hasn’t found the end zone since Week 1. Unfortunately, that likely won’t change this week for the star running back.
This week, he faces the Eagles in an awful fantasy football matchup for the running back. Philadelphia has surrendered only 12 fantasy points per game to running backs, the fewest in the NFL. Furthermore, they haven’t given up a rushing touchdown to running backs in three consecutive matchups.
Fantasy players should consider Pollard a risky mid-range RB2 in Week 9.
Should I Start Rhamondre Stevenson For Fantasy Football?
Stevenson is the RB24 for the year, averaging 9.1 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The former Oklahoma star has 97 rushing attempts for 307 yards and two touchdowns this season. Furthermore, the veteran has 11 receptions over the past three weeks after totaling 12 over the first five weeks.
This week, he faces the Commanders in a decent fantasy football matchup for the running back. Washington has surrendered 16.9 fantasy points per game to running backs, slightly below the league average. Furthermore, they have given up only one rushing touchdown to running backs over the past four games.
Fantasy players should consider Stevenson a low-end RB2 in Week 9.
