With a nine game slate, the options are plentiful. While you can choose LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and James Harden safely tonight, you need cheap options to free up some space for those expensive options.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 1/23/17. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays on FanDuel. Let's get rolling.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Malcolm Delaney - PG, vs LAC ($3,600) 

Malcolm Delaney has been an excellent backup to Dennis Schroder, filling in nicely when Schroder isn't hitting his shot or is just having an off game. Delaney fits perfectly in this matchup, because regardless of how Schroder performs, Delaney is going to see minutes against a weak backcourt, and in the chance of a blowout, Delaney will see extended minutes. His ability to score from the outside makes him the ideal backup when Schroder isn't able to find his shooting rhythm.

Patty Mills - PG, at BKN (3,600)

Another solid cheap option for tonight, Patty Mills won't be fighting for minutes and has been in the starting role multiple times before. He is a great outside scorer and should thrive against the Nets backcourt. The Spurs are always risky but Mills should be a safe play with a favorable matchup. He should look to improve from his previous outing.

Also Consider: Bradley Beal - SG, at CHA ($6,700) 

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Paul George - SF, vs NYK ($7,000)

For this price, it's impossible to pass up on Paul George. The Knicks defense, or lack thereof, should be exploited. George has been borderline unguardable this season and the rest of the Pacers are better when at home. With George doing his thing and the Pacers doing their thing, make sure to put George in your...thing.

Kristaps Porzingis - PF, at IND ($7,000)

Another great price for a player with great potential. After missing a few games, Kristaps Porzingis saw his normal minutes, but has yet to score his average of 20 points. This should be the game where that happens. No one on the Pacers matchups well with Porzingis and he should get back on track against Indiana. The Knicks have been much better recently and that should help Porzingis find his groove again.

Rudy Gobert - C, vs OKC ($8,100)

Rudy Gobert has been a fantasy monster recently, closing in on and even reaching the coveted 20-20 mark multiple times. Until he reaches closer to the mid-$9,000 range, he can Ben safely played and not many Centers can stop him. Steven Adams or not, Adams won't be able to stop Gobert from getting atleast 15 points and 15 rebounds.

Also Consider: Hassan Whiteside - C, vs GSW MIA ($8,500)
