NASCAR Quicken Loans 400 Race Recap
The Quicken Loans 400 saw four red flags during the race and eventually NASCAR officials called the race at the 138 lap mark. Kurt Busch ended up winning the rain shortened race for his second win on the season. Kurt grabbed the lead on lap 133 when Kyle Larson was forced to pit for fuel. Larson's team knew the rain was coming and tried so hard to stretch out the pit stop, but just 3 laps short of the final red flag they had to pit.
Kevin Harvick lead the most laps(63) but ended up with a flat tire after his final pit stop forcing him to make a second trip down pit road. He ended up with a 29th place finish. It ended up being a very tough race as there was never a long enough run in the race for the teams to fully adjust to the track. There will be no race this upcoming weekend as teams take a week off. The next race is will be the Toyota Save Mart 350 from Sonoma Raceway on Sunday, June 28, 2015.

Quicken Loans 400 DraftKings Picks Recap
Kevin Harvick - Finished(29th) DraftKings Points(4.25)
He led the most laps and had the most fast laps but finished 29th due to a flat tire near the end of the race. Bad luck for the #4.
Brad Keselowski - Finished(6th) DraftKings Points(39.25)
Keselowski ran pretty consistent throughout the race and had a nice 6th place finish.
Jeff Gordon - Finished(21st) DraftKings Points(6.5)
Gordon's team fought the setup of the car in the rain and fell back early on and never had time to make his way back to the front.
Jamie McMurray - Finished(7th) DraftKings Points (58.75)
A very positive finish for McMurray who started the race in the 25th position. He picked up a pile of place differential points that led to his high score.
Clint Bowyer - Finished(10th) DraftKings Points(61)
Bowyer, like McMurray, picked up a ton of place differential points as he started back in the pack and finished in the 10th position.
David Gilliland - Finished(42nd) DraftKings Points(-7.5)
Bad day for Gilliland who got caught up in an accident early on that ended his day.
Overall the Quicken Loans 400 is a very tough race to take anything away from regarding Daily Fantasy. The results of the race are not a complete reflection of who the best race cars were during the race. In the end, there is nothing we can do about Mother Nature but hope for a better weather forecast in Sonoma. I will be back next Wednesday with my picks for the Toyota Save Mart 350 from Sonoma Raceway.
