- "Shots attempted per 60 minutes" reflects a players shots on net + shots that missed net + shots that were blocked. It's a key stat to show how much a player possesses the puck generally, and is a predictive indicator for the number of shots a player will get on net.
- "Points per 60 minutes" reflects a players point production per 60 minutes of ice time. This is a great indicator of how productive a player is in their ice time. If a player has a high Points/60, and they get moved up to a top line, they'll represent a key sleeper play in the we

NHL DFS Picks for for Wednesday, November 25th
With American Thanksgiving this week we have a bit of a different schedule. Coming off a two game night on Tuesday, we are presented with a large 13 game slate tonight. The Ottawa Senators and Anaheim Ducks are playing in back to back games on the road. With the large amount of games it allows us to pay up for the top goaltender and a few top forwards as their are a ton of value plays throughout all the games. Lets take a look at a few plays for tonight.
Henrik Lundqvist - Goaltender, Rangers (DraftKings - $8,300 FanDuel - $11,000)
His price is getting fairly high on FanDuel and should only be used in GPP's on that site. On DraftKings, however, he is still a nice value at only $200 more than Holtby tonight. He has been the best goalie in the NHL this year and he now faces his stiffest competition for that honor. The Rangers are home to the Habs tonight and will look to get revenge after an early season loss in Montreal.
Patrice Bergeron - Center, Bruins (DraftKings - $6,300 FanDuel - $7,300)
Has been one of the most consistent fantasy options to this point in the year with 20 points in 20 games with a current eight game point streak. The Bruins are the leagues 3rd ranked offense and own the #1 powerplay unit with a 32.3 % efficiency. He is a great option for cash games and can also be used in GPP tournaments as he carries multi point upside into almost every game.
Gabriel Landeskog - Winger, Avs (DraftKings - $6,900 FanDuel - $6,500)
Playing on the red hot line of Matt Duchene and Nathan Mackinnon and has points in three straight games. He is getting over 3 minutes of powerplay time a game and on FanDuel he gets the added penalty minutes. The Avs are favorites at home vs. the Sens in a potential highscoring game.
Mike Hoffman - Winger, Senators (DraftKings - $5,200 FanDuel - $6,300)
Has been a fantastic option over the past couple weeks with four multi point games in his last six. He is ranked 16th in the NHL averaging 19.9 shot attempts per 60 minutes of ice time giving him a nice floor and the opportunity for that high multi point ceiling.
Justin Faulk - Defense, Hurricanes (DraftKings - $5,900 FanDuel - $6,200)
He leads the Canes with 16 points on the season with 8 of those coming on the powerplay. He is averaging 17.2 shot attempts per 60 minutes of ice time and is getting over 3;30 on the powerplay. He should have a nice floor and high upside tonight in a matchup with Oilers.
