Justin Thomas won the CJ Cup defeating Marc Leishman in a playoff. and I finally hit a winner by picking him. This week there is a World Golf Championship in Shanghai, but that doesn't mean there should be any golf tournament the last week of October.

I will be providing you my DraftKings PGA DFS lineup picks for the The WGC-HSBC. My goal as always is to help put together your optimal daily fantasy golf lineups.

Reviewing Last Week's Picks

Justin Thomas ($12,100): Winner, -9

Rafa Caberera- Bello ($9,000): T-11, -4

Byeong Hun-An ($8,100): T-58, +9

Brandon Grace ($8,100): T-15, -3

Jhonattan Vegas ($7,500): T-54, +8

Graeme McDowell ($6,900): T-64, +12

Scott Brown ($6,900): T-5, -5

WGC-HSBC

As mentioned in my lead, this tournament will be played at Sheshan International Golf Club in Shanghai, China. The course is a par 72, 7,261 yards long. The last hole is a par 5 so the tournament can be won or lost on that hole. There is no cut for this event.

Last year Hideki Matsuyama won with a score of 23-under by seven strokes with shooting 60's in all four rounds. Also competing will be Dustin Johnson Justin Rose, Jason Day, Jon Rahm, and Henrik Stenson. However, Jordan Smith, Justin Thomas, Rory McIlroy, and Rickie Fowler will not be competing. Perhaps you can blame the PGA for not taking any time off.

Fantasy Golf Lineup Picks for DraftKings (PGA DFS)

High-Cost Players

Jason Day ($10,200) 

I was all over Day two years ago when he became a worldwide star after winning his first major. I think this year he returns to form. He's had a good start to the new year, T-17 two weeks ago and T-11 last week. He also ended last year with three top-10's in his final four starts.

Henrik Stenson ($9,600)

This will be his first new start of the season and you can bet he'll be fresh. He's a great long ball hitter so this course will suit him nicely. Last year he finished runner-up.  Two tournaments ago,  He ended the year on a positive note winning his third to last tournament played in, the Wyndham Championship on August 17.

Middle-Cost Players

Ross Fisher ($8,400)

Fisher is primed for a good tournament after his back-to-back runner-up finishes on the European Tour. Last year at this event, he finished T-6.

Matt Kuchar ($7,700)

If you read my column last year, you know towards the end of last season, I probably picked Kuchar every week. I call him Mr. Consistent and I have no doubt he will pick up where he left off in his first event of the season.

Jonathan Vegas ($7,400)

I'll take a flier on Vegas because he can pound the ball and if he is accurate with that monster drive, he will play well.

Low-Cost Players

Charles Howell ($7,100)

He is one of the cheapest players, so if you're in need of salary relief go with Howell. He finished T-9 last week at the CJ Cup.
