Welcome back RotoBallers. In this column, I will be providing you with my Genesis Open PGA DFS lineup picks for DraftKings. My goal as always is to help put together your optimal daily fantasy golf lineups.

Once again, The Phoenix Open was decided in a playoff. Just like last year, the playoff extended to 4 holes, subsequently overlapping with the first quarter of the Super Bowl. Hideki Matstuyama went wire-to-wire defeating Webb Simpson to successfully defend his title. Matstuyama has been playing the best golf of his life of late. He can hit an 8- iron, 180- yards. Wow. As for the European Tour, Sergio Garcia went wire-to-wire winning the Dubai Desert Classic by three- strokes over Henrik Stenson. It was Garcia's first European Tour title since 2014.

My Picks Last Week

Rickie Fowler ($9,500) - T-4, 15- under. As I expected.

Patrick Reed ($8,900) - T- 63, 1- under

Bubba Watson ($8,300) - Cut. Shocking.

Webb Simpson ($7,900) - Runner- up, 17- under. Lost in the playoff.

Matt Kuchar ($7,400) - T-9, 12- under. Led after the first round, couldn't build off of it though.

"Ollie Schniederjans's price is way too high this week, $7,500. I don't think he lives up to it." I wrote that last week and he went out, shot a 9- under for tournament, finishing T-24.

Robert Streb ($6,800) - Cut

Danny Lee ($6, 600) - Cut

Luke Donald ($6,500) - Cut

Genesis Open

The PGA Tour west coast swing continues with the Genesis Open held at The Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, CA. This is Tiger Woods's even, but he will not be competing. Last year this tournament was called the Northern Trust Open.

Three of golf's biggest stars will be competing: Jordan Spieth, Jason Day, and Dustin Johnson. Bubba Watson will not be defending to his title.

Fantasy Golf Lineup Picks for DraftKings (PGA DFS)

Build a lineup with one of following:

Jordan Spieth ($12,000), Dustin Johnson ($11,800), or Jason Day, ($11,600). I'd probably pick Day. He's the cheapest option and I think will a great tournament after taking the week off. However, Johnson finished 4th last year, while Spieth missed the cut.

Justin Rose ($9,200)

In his first tournament of 2016, Sony Open in Hawaii, Rose finished runner- up. He then took next week off, returned to play at the Farmer's Insurance and finished T-4. Rose didn't play last week, and now is fully rested for a tournament where he finished T16 last year. He's playing great and it doesn't seem like many are taking notice.

Middle Cost Players - Genesis Open PGA DFS Picks

Patrick Reed ($8,300)

His price dropped $600 after a somewhat disappointing Phoenix Open. I have gut feeling he bounces back this week.

J.J. Spaun ($7,900)

This man went on Twitter to campaign for an invite to this tournament. And he got it. Spaun is a rookie fresh off of two top- 10 finishes, T-9 at Farmers Insurance Open, and T-4 at Phoenix Open this past week.

Jason Kokrak ($7,500)

Yes, he was cut at his last two tournaments, but Kokrak was the runner-up last year to Bubba Watson.

Low Cost Players - Genesis Open PGA DFS Picks

Danny Lee ($7,200)

I can't imagine he gets cut three weeks in a row. He was cut here last year, but he finally bounces back this week.

Andrew Johnston ($7,000)

Picking Johnston gives you the chance to shout "Beeeeeeeeeef" every time he hits the ball. Of course, people around you will think you're a weirdo, but true golf fans will understand.

Smylie Kaufman ($6,700)

He was cut last year at this tournament and last week in Phoenix, but I have a good feeling about him this week.
