Welcome to another edition of our daily fantasy baseball streamers! Are you playing in leagues with daily moves and looking to beef up those rosters? We here at RotoBaller are there for you and all of your streaming needs. Whether you are just trying to get that elusive category win or you are trying to make up for a lackluster start by Kyle Hendricks to start the week, we can help. Each day, RotoBaller will provide you with some of the best streaming options to consider in both shallow and deep fantasy baseball daily leagues. Streaming hitters and pitchers to exploit matchups are important to help you win your league.
It is important to know your league if you're going to stream. I'm not just talking about which teams your leaguemates root for. I'm talking about whether strikeouts count against you for hitters or if fielding stats are included. Most importantly, you need to know how many transactions you have per week. You don't want to blow your allotment within a couple of days. You can also use these recommendations to help build your DFS lineups. This article will use rostered percentages and position eligibility from ESPN leagues.
We only have five pitchers going that are rostered in more than 90% of ESPN leagues. Seven more are owned in more than half of leagues. That leaves us with a large pool of pitchers to choose from today. Can any of them help us get ahead early in the week? Let's check it out!

Hitter Streamers for 7/27 - Shallow Leagues
Akil Baddoo (OF, LHB, DET) - 48.8% Rostered
Matchup: at MIN RHP Kenta Maeda
We here at RotoBaller have been touting Baddoo as a waiver pickup for the last couple of weeks, and unfortunately, not many have taken notice. Baddoo has come out of the break on an absolute tear. He has three homers, 10 RBI, eight runs scored, and a steal in nine games. He's batting leadoff for a suddenly dangerous Detroit lineup. This isn't a great matchup against Maeda, but Maeda isn't always efficient with his pitches and he has the worst bullpen in baseball over the last month backing him up. Baddoo should extend his modest three-game hitting streak.
Andrew Vaughn (OF/1B, RHB, CWS) - 46.2% Rostered
Matchup: at KC RHP Brad Keller
Keller has been better of late, but not enough better to handle Vaughn. He is hitting .476 during his six-game hitting streak with a homer, three runs scored, and five RBI in that span. I'm not afraid of Keller or the Kansas City bullpen. Vaughn has an excellent chance to keep that hit streak going.
Joey Votto (1B, LHB, CIN) - 45.5% Rostered
Matchup: at CHC RHP Adbert Alzolay
The 37-year-old Votto has also come out of the break strong. He is hitting .333 in those ten games with seven runs scored, four homers, and 11 RBI. Votto's main strength in fantasy has always been his plus average and his ability to drive in runs. That's exactly what he's giving us right now. The power is just a little bit of a bonus.
Jorge Soler (OF, RHB, KC) - 44.2% Rostered
Matchup: vs. CWS RHP Dylan Cease
Soler has four homers in the last two games and six of his 13 on the season in the last week. The bad news? They are all solo shots. So it goes in the Kansas City offense. Soler is destroying everything right now. If you find yourself in an early homer hole, go take a shot with Soler this week. They don't get any hotter than he is right now.
Hitter Streamers for 7/27 - Deeper Leagues
Daulton Varsho (C/OF, LHB, ARI) - 24.3% Rostered
Matchup: at TEX RHP Dane Dunning
We are getting a glimpse of why Varsho is one of Arizona's best prospects right now. He has three homers and has driven in eight runs in the past five games, all while posting multiple hits in four of those. I don't think Arizona will give him a day off while he's this hot. Look for Varsho to be somewhere in the Arizona outfield or as the DH and perhaps in a more beneficial slot in the batting order.
Harrison Bader (OF, RHB, STL) - 21.9% Rostered
Matchup: at CLE RHP Cal Quantrill
Bader is hitting .478 with two homers, five runs scored, and seven RBI in the last week alone. The whole Cardinals lineup as a whole has performed much better lately. Bader has multiple hits in five of the last seven games. He's helping in everything but steals right now and has another great matchup today.
Ronald Torreyes (SS/3B, RHB, PHI) - 3.7% Rostered
Matchup: at WAS RHP Erick Fedde
Fedde ended a run of four terrible starts with six scoreless against the Marlins last week. Eh......it's the Marlins. Philly is not the Marlins. The team is playing well right now for the most part and Torreyes is a big piece of that. He is hitting .300 with a homer, six runs scored, and four RBI since the All-Star break. He has been even better over the last week, hitting .438. If you need some average help for a struggling middle infielder, you can do worse than Torreyes.
Kyle Farmer (2B/SS/3B, RHB, CIN) - 2.9% Rostered
Matchup: at CHC RHP Adbert Alzolay
Farmer is hitting a cool .500 over his four-game hitting streak with two solo homers and four runs scored. It's going to be warm and humid in Wrigley with a bit of a wind blowing out towards Sheffield Avenue. I'm riding another hot Cincinnati bat tonight.
Pitcher Streamers for 7/27 - Shallow Leagues
Shane McClanahan (LHP, TB) - 31.8% rostered
Matchup: vs. Yankees
McClanahan hasn't given up more than three runs since June 2.....against the Yankees. He has faced the Blue Jays twice in that span, so it's not like he's facing all bad teams either. McClanahan has only allowed 14 runs in those seven starts while striking out 40 in 34.1 innings. His last iffy start was against the Yankees, but it was also in New York. Tampa is a better park for pitchers. There is risk involved, but McClanahan has strikeout upside that often isn't available on waivers.
Pitcher Streamers for 7/27 - Deeper Leagues
Spenser Watkins (RHP, BAL) - 8.6% rostered
Matchup: vs. Miami
Okay, I'll bite. Watkins has made four major league appearances (three starts) and has allowed just three runs while picking up 13 strikeouts in 16.1 innings. The two wins are definitely a nice touch, especially when you have an offense like the Orioles backing you up. His three starts have come against the Rays, Jays, and White Sox. Those are three pretty good teams and offenses that are all much better than Miami. There is huge upside here, even if Watkins doesn't offer a bunch of strikeouts.
