Welcome to another edition of our daily fantasy baseball streamers! Are you playing in leagues with daily moves and looking to beef up those rosters? We here at RotoBaller are there for you and all of your streaming needs. Whether you are just trying to get that elusive category win or you are trying to make up for Yu Darvish and Scherzer getting trashed on Thursday, we can help. Each day, RotoBaller will provide you with some of the best streaming options to consider in both shallow and deep fantasy baseball daily leagues. Streaming hitters and pitchers to exploit matchups are important to help you win your league.
It is important to know your league if you're going to stream. I'm not just talking about which teams your leaguemates root for. I'm talking about whether strikeouts count against you for hitters or if fielding stats are included. Most importantly, you need to know how many transactions you have per week. You don't want to blow your allotment within a couple of days. You can also use these recommendations to help build your DFS lineups. This article will use rostered percentages and position eligibility from ESPN leagues.
It's the day before the All-Star break and we still have ten pitchers going that are owned in more than 90% of ESPN leagues. Four more are owned in more than half of leagues. That leaves us with a shade over half of the pitchers to choose from on waivers.

Hitter Streamers for 7/11 - Shallow Leagues
Brandon Nimmo (OF, LHB, NYM) - 49.2% Rostered
Matchup: vs. PIT RHP Chase De Jong
The Pirates pitching staff has struggled as a whole of late. It's possible that the Mets could give Nimmo an extended break here, but if he's in the lineup, I'm game. Nimmo is hitting .333 since his return from the IL on July 3 with five RBI and eight runs scored. Nimmo is helping in three of the five categories leading off for the Mets right now. I'll take that.
AJ Pollock (OF, RHB, LAD) - 43.3% Rostered
Matchup: vs. ARI RHP Merrill Kelly
I've been waiting for this from Pollock. He has eight hits in 11 at-bats over the last three games with four home runs. If that's not enough, Pollock has hit six of his 10 homers in the month of July - just nine games into the month. The break couldn't come at a worse time for Pollock. The ball must look like a beach ball to him out there right now.
Luis Arraez (2B/3B/OF, LHB, MIN) - 29.9% Rostered
Matchup: vs. DET RHP Wily Peralta
Arraez was a career .323 hitter coming into the season, so the .273 mark and .281 mark in April and May, respectively, were a little disappointing since he doesn't do much else at the plate. After time on the IL in June, Arraez picked up 14 hits in the final 13 games of the month and is hitting .394 in July with eight runs scored, two RBI, and a steal batting leadoff for the Twins. Considering the eligibility, Arraez can really be a boost to your average and runs in several different lineup slots.
Jace Peterson (1B/2B/OF, LHB, MIL) - 27.4% Rostered
Matchup: vs. CIN RHP Luis Castillo
Peterson is hitting .356 with two homers, 12 RBI, 12 runs scored, and a pair of steals in the last fortnight. One of those homers was off of Jacob deGrom. Let's just put him in the Hall of Fame now, yeah? Save some time. If this dude can take deGrom deep, I'm not the slightest bit worried about him facing a surging Castillo. Peterson is riding a heater and he can fill in at a few positions. There are many ways for him to help your team.
Hitter Streamers for 7/11 - Deeper Leagues
Starlin Castro (2B/3B, RHB, WAS) - 19.2% Rostered
Matchup: at SF RHP Kevin Gausman
We see this about once a year, don't we? Castro has a 13-game hitting streak and has at least one hit in all but three games over the last 27 days. Not only that, Castro has seven multi-hit games in the streak and is hitting .455 in his current hitting streak with eight runs scored, a homer, and 11 RBI. As long as he keeps hitting for a high average, we can work with this. Just keep in mind that Castro doesn't have much for power or speed left at the age of 31. He can help your average, runs scored, and RBI though.
Garrett Cooper (1B/OF, RHB, MIA) - 18.1% Rostered
Matchup: vs. ATL RHP Ian Anderson
Cooper should go on the IL more often. Since his return on June 25, Cooper is hitting .436 with four homers, nine RBI, and ten runs scored. Cooper finished off the series with the Dodgers by picking up five hits in the last two games including two homers. One of those four homers came in the series at Atlanta last week. Ride this hot streak while it lasts.
Elvis Andrus (SS, RHB, OAK) - 12.3% Rostered
Matchup: at TEX LHP Kolby Allard
Elvis has only left the building twice this year, but both times have been in the last eight games. This is unusual for Andrus, who has just 78 homers in 13 major league seasons. Elvis is hitting .323 in that seven-game stretch with those homers, four RBI, seven runs scored, and a steal. Andrus has scored a run in five straight contests. He should help in that category at the very least.
Leury Garcia (2B/SS/OF, SHB, CWS) - 8% Rostered
Matchup: at BAL RHP Spenser Watkins
Garcia has seven hits in 15 at bats over the last three games with a homer and five RBI. Garcia is hitting .385 so far in July while starting seven straight games. He has two homers, five runs scored, and 11 RBI already this month. We don't see this a lot from Garcia, so enjoy it while it lasts!
Pitcher Streamers for 7/11 - Shallow Leagues
Tony Gonsolin (RHP, LAD) - 45.9% rostered
Matchup: vs. Arizona
Gonsolin turned in his longest outing of the year last week going 5.1 scoreless innings against the Marlins while giving up just two hits and striking out three. If Gonsolin is going to turn in five innings, he has a superb shot at a win and should help our ratios at the very least. The downtick in strikeouts is a touch disappointing, but there are other ways to make up ground there. The walks are down and so are the hits. The help to ratios is more important than strikeouts to many of us.
Pitcher Streamers for 7/11 - Deeper Leagues
Wily Peralta (RHP, DET) - 8.5% rostered
Matchup: at Minnesota
Is it time to take notice of Peralta yet? He has allowed just six hits, no walks, no runs, and has struck out 11 batters in his last two starts. They were on the road at Texas and Cleveland. Sure, the other shoe could drop here. Minnesota is a potent offense, but they certainly haven't been of late. Peralta didn't allow and hit and walked two Astros is 2.2 innings in his start before that. There's a lot of potential here for what looks to be relatively low risk right now.
