We have a seven game slate to kick off our MLB week. Smaller slate means there isn't as much value out there, and when Kershaw is on the mound, we have to make some tough roster decisions. There is a case to be made for fading Kershaw, so pat attention to the pitchers. Sit back, read up, and let's win some contests.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 9/18/17. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

DFS Starting Pitchers to Consider
Patrick Corbin, ARI @ SDP (DK - $9,600, FD - $9,500)
Even though Kershaw is on the slate tonight, he hasn't shown he is pitching deep into games of late, and is worth fading. Corbin had one bad start recently, but prior to that he had only given up two earned runs over his last five starts. Solid numbers for the southpaw, who put up six or more strikeouts in six of his last eight games. He gets a big positive park shift going to San Diego, to face a Padres team who strikes out 25% of the time vs left-handed pitchers. He is a few thousand dollars cheaper than the top arms, and in a good spot. The savings will allow you to fit higher priced bats into your lineups.
Dylan Bundy, BAL vs BOS (DK - $9,100, FD - $8,900)
In his three starts vs the Red Sox this season, Bundy has posted these stats: 18 IP, 6 BB, 9 SO, 4 ER. He may not have a ton of strikeout upside, but he seems to have the Rex Sox number, and can limit the damage. Not a cash game play since the strikeouts aren't there, but as a GPP play, he is very interesting. Boston only strikes outs 19.5% of the time vs right-handed pitchers, but with his history vs them this season, it'd be silly to not roll him out in at least one lineup, if you play multiple lineups.
DFS Infielders to Consider
Gary Sanchez - C, NYY vs MIN (DK - $4,900, FD - $3,700)
Sanchez has three multi hit games over his last four, and has three RBI's over his last three. The Yankees offense seems to be picking up after their second half slump, and Sanchez comes into this game with a .374 wOBA and a .256 ISO this season vs right-handed pitchers. At home in a great hitters park, can be played in any format.
Dominic Smith - 1B, NYM @ MIA (DK - $3,300, FD - $3,500)
Smith is a bit cheaper on DraftKings tonight, and has a good match up. He comes into this game with a .333 wOBA and a .258 ISO this season vs right-handed pitchers. Smith is facing Dan Straily, who simply put has sucked lately. In his last three games, he has given up 29 Hits, and 15 ER. He simply can't get hitters out, which puts Smith in a great spot.
Jonathan Schoop - 2B, BAL vs BOS (DK - $3,900, FD - $3,100)
Schoop was on fire earlier in the year, and has cooled off a bit. Regardless, he still has a .352 wOBA and a .198 ISO this season vs right-handed pitchers. He is a bit cheap on FanDuel tonight, and for a player that has 32 home runs on the season, he has what it takes to get it done.
Jake Lamb - 3B, ARI @ SDP (DK - $4,100, FD - $2,900)
There is no question that Lamb has been on the struggle bus recently, but he is way, way too cheap on FanDuel tonight. He has a .381 wOBA and a .261 ISO this season vs right-handed pitchers. Doesn't matter how much of a struggle you are on, those are elite numbers, and are a threat any game. Great GPP option, just for the home run upside.
Corey Seager - SS, LOS @ PHI (DK - $4,300, FD - $3,100)
Seager has seven hits in his last eight games, and comes into this game with a .359 wOBA and a .174 ISO vs right-handed pitchers. Yet another player who is a bit too cheap on FanDuel, who has shown he can get it done vs the type of pitcher he is facing. Playable in all formats.
DFS Outfielders to Consider
J.D. Martinez - OF, ARI @ SDP (DK - $5,600, FD - $4,700)
Martinez is absolutely crushing the ball right now, he has five home runs over his last seven games, along with six multi hit games over his last eight. The man is on fire, and even though he is super expensive, you should try to fit him in your lineup. He has a .389 wOBA and a .339 ISO vs right-handed pitchers. Lock and load with him tonight.
Christian Yelich - OF, MIA vs NYM (DK - $4,300, FD - $4,000)
Yelich has a .362 wOBA and a .171 ISO this season vs right-handed pitchers, and is up against Matt Harvey, who is giving up a .394 wOBA to left-handed hitters. He is in a spot to absolutely crush, and with the Marlins lineup, which can always go deep, he is a great stacking option.
Domingo Santana - OF, MIL @ PIT (DK - $3,800, FD - $3,100)
Santana has a six game hitting streak going and has eight RBI's over his last four games. Really nice stretch for him, and he comes into this game with a .357 wOBA and a .195 ISO this season vs left-handed pitchers. Up against a pitcher who is giving up a .336 wOBA to right-handed hitters.
