BALLER MOVE: Start in 16-Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR5
ANALYSIS: There's not a single wide receiver unit in the NFL with more question marks than the Buffalo Bills. Someone will be the top option out of Keon Coleman, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Curtis Samuel, and Khalil Shakir, but which will it be?
Heading into Week 1, that uncertainty is why none of the aforementioned names can be recommended as anything more than a WR5. Samuel is probably the third-most likely of the four to emerge as the team's top receiver, as he has to fight with Shakir for slot snaps while Shakir has an incumbency advantage.
A really good sign for the Bills ahead of Week 1. Both MVS & Curtis Samuel were practicing in pads today #BillsMafia @WKBW pic.twitter.com/rKOXJ6uw3O

Outside of a 16-team league with multiple flex spots, it's best to leave Samuel on your fantasy bench in Week 1 until we get a sense of what the Bills are doing at wide receiver. He might have value down the line, but he's too risky to play this week.
