Perfect World Asia League Fall 2020
Best of 3 Series
- Invictus vs. Checkmate
- HZ vs. Bren
- Vici vs. After
Captain Plays:
flying has been the top invictus member over the past several months. Over his last 70 maps played, he has accrued a 1.16 K/D ratio while having a .79 kill per round rate which is far greater than his death per round rate of .67. Flying is moderately priced at $8,600 which is very solid for someone who is averaging 65 DK points per game.
JamYoung has been on fire over the last three months of maps played as he has produced a 1.28 K/D ratio during that timespan. Over the same stretch, he has had a kill per round rate of .81 while maintaining a death per round rate of just .63. With a differential like that, it is hard to not press the lock button on him for both cash games and tournament lineups.
Other captain plays: Kaze, Roninbaby, Papichulo
Value Plays:
Viva is one of the better plays for his price range on this slate. He has produced 60+ DK points in three of his last four games played and has accrued a 1.04 K/D ratio over the last month of games played. He is priced right at $7,200 which is a great mid-range salary option to plug into both tournament and cash game lineups. Over the last month, he has been the primary awper for Invictus which means he has one of the better overall shots on the team.
nephh carries a 7k price tag but could be a nice value play on this slate. Over the last month of games played, he has produced a 1.08 K/D while having a .76 kill per round rate. That is a very strong rate to have for his price range and with this game supposedly being a competitive match from both sides, he could really rack up the kills.
Other value plays: bottle, DeStRoYeR, nephh, spielz, zhokiNg

Top Stacks/ Team Picks:
ViCi looks to be the most dominant team stack on the slate. They come into this matchup being ranked #63 in the world while After is ranked #127 in the same rankings. ViCi looks to be in better form as they have won four of their last five games played and carry the map advantage as they have had a higher winning percentage on five of the seven playable maps.
ViCi has two dominant players in JamYoung and Kaze. They both have strong K/D ratios and at least one, if not, two should be considered for your ViCi stacks. They are really high-priced so it will be tough to squeeze them into your lineups which makes finding value for your lineups will be key. If you're looking for a cheaper piece of ViCi but still wanting upside, aumaN is one worth looking at. He is carrying a 1.12 K/D ratio over the last three months of games played and helps save a little bit of salary.
Invictus comes into this matchup as the higher-ranked squad while also being winners of three of their last five games. They carry a big advantage when it comes to the maps as they have a higher winning percentage on six of the seven playable maps which are always something to look at when stacking. Checkmate is a relatively newer team and might not have the chemistry that Invictus might have so that could play a factor in this matchup as well.
On the Invictus squad, there are a few players we could look to use since their salaries are a little bit cheaper than members of ViCi. Flying leads the team in K/D ratio over the last month of games played and is the best scoring member on this team. Viva, DeStRoYeR, and bottle are all on the lower end of the pricing spectrum and while they might not offer the most upside, they are cheap enough which helps you open up some salary relief to pay up for ViCi players.
