IEM Summer
Best of 3
- Complexity (-105) vs. FPX (-125)
- Heroic (-500) vs. Evil Geniuses
- Gambit (-260) vs. Astralis
- OG (-115) vs. Virtus.Pro (-115)
Captain Plays:
sh1ro is the top player on the top team in the world so it would be tough to not consider him in all formats. Over his last 29 maps played, he has produced a 1.34 K/D ratio and has a .71 kill per round rate while having a very low .53 death per round rate as well. When these two teams squared off against one another in April, sh1ro produced a 1.21 rating and went +11 as he had the second-highest K/D differential on the Gambit squad.
Jame just continues to produce regardless of the matchup and while OG is a very good team, Jame is in fantastic form over his last 26 maps played. Over the last month, he has garnered a 1.38 K/D ratio and has massive scoring upside in any given matchup. Jame is on the cheaper end of all of the normal captain options as he is just $8,400 but with him going plus in seven out of his last eight matches played, he is certainly a top option in all formats.
Other captain plays in order of preference: cadiaN, Maden, blameF, Hobbit
Value Plays:
buster is a top value option on this slate and has actually been the second-best player on the Virtus.Pro squad over the last month or so. When looking at his last 26 maps played, buster has produced a 1.10 K/D ratio and has had a +41 K/D differential. Buster has flashed some upside as he went for 81 DK points just last week against a stingy team in Spirit so he is one that should be trusted in all formats.
Farlig is really priced down and while the public might flock to the better-known Complexity squad, Farlig looks to be a tremendous value for his recent form. Over the last 16 maps played, he has produced a 1.16 K/D ratio which leads the FPX squad while also remaining tied for the highest K/D differential over the same time span by going +44.
Other value plays in order of preference: sjuush, zehN, ax1LE, nafany

Top Stacks/ Team Picks:
Heroic looks to be the top stack on the entire slate and while Evil Geniuses can be a pesky team, the recent form for both squads is night and day. Evil Geniuses have lost five straight Bo3 series while Heroic enters this matchup as winners of three of their last five Bo3 matches played. Over their last 18 maps played, Heroic has gone 12-6 and is sporting a team K/D ratio of 1.08 while EG has gone 2-4 over their last six games played and has only produced a .97 K/D ratio during that time span.
The pricing on Heroic still remains high so trying to do a strong three-man stack is extremely tough to do. CadiaN has been the top point-getter for Heroic over the last several weeks and would the first candidate to include in any Heroic stack. If you're looking for a value play from this group, either sjuush or refrezh are both viable options as they have produced above a 1 K/D ratio over the last month of maps played.
Other Stacks: FPX, V.P
