Spring Sweet Spring 3 2021
Best of 3
- Extremum (-475) vs. Sharks (+305)
- Lyngby Vikings (-180) vs. Iberian Family (+140)
- Copenhagen Flames (-185) vs. Anonymo (+135)
- Fiend (-310) vs. Endpoint (+225)
Captain Plays
dreamer: dreamer has been absolutely ridiculous lately, as he is sporting a 1.41 K/D over and is averaging .84 kills per round and a very low .59 deaths per round in the last month of play and has helped lead his team to win 10 of their last 11 matches. They now get Endpoint who barely made it by Sharks today. They also have played Endpoint 3 times within the last month and a half with all games going to the side of Fiend. In those three games, he had a K/D differential of +6, +19, and +11. He is a bit pricy at 9,800 but you definitely get what you pay for with dreamer.
nicoodoz: Over the last month of play, nicoodoz has been playing stellar, as he has a 1.24 K/D and is averaging .75 Kills per round and a low .60 deaths per round. I really like nicoodoz especially at this price as I feel like we are getting a favored team at an underdog price. They played Anonymo a week ago and beat them in a sweep 32-18. He 46 kills that game with a +21 K/D differential. Copenhagen has been playing great as well as their only recent losses have come at the hands of a very good Fiend team and Entropiq. He's a cheaper captain option that I like and could see him perform well in what should be a great matchup!
Other captain plays in order of preference: h4rn, raalz, SunPayus, BnTeT
Value Plays
SunPayus: At this point, it's hard to not just lock him in. He got his dud out of the way against a very tough fiend team this morning and now gets a very close matchup against Lyngby who they played against about a week ago and it was a very close matchup with one map going into OT. SunPayus still managed a positive K/D though and was able to get 45 kills. Over the last month, he has averaged a 1.43 K/D with .84 Kills per round and a very low .58 deaths per round. Iberian family has been progressively getting better and I think they might even grab a map this time around. This morning was the first time in over a month that SunPayus didn't have a positive K/D differential. I don't expect that to happen again as he has just been insanely good recently and at 7,400, I'm all over it.
jabbi: jabbi hasn't been too bad recently, and I was actually surprised to see him this low. Over the last month, he had a 1.06 K/D and is averaging .68 kills per round and a good .65 deaths per round. He also has a positive K/D differential in 7 of his last 8 matches and the only one he missed was against fiend when COP was blown out. His last matchup against Anonymo wasn't great but he went positive and they swept, and at 6k that is probably one of the better value plays on the board.
Other value plays in order of preference: v1c7or, Slaxx, bubble, J3nsyy

Top Stacks / Team Picks
Fiend: Fiend might be one of the most well-rounded teams besides bubble they all have a rating of 1.10 or better with 3 of them at 1.20 or better. They now go up against an Endpoint team that struggled to beat Sharks and now get a very tough task in Fiend who has beaten them in all three of their recent matchups. They are might favorite team to sweep as well. They have done so in their most recent matchup and they could have in the 2nd matchup as well but they had their coach stand-in for REDSTAR.
My favorite stack would be dreamer, REDSTAR, and h4rn. V1c7or isn't a bad play either and is a good cheap option as well. Bubble hasn't really produced much but if they sweep he could score well and at 5,600, it could be worth it if that's all you have left for salary. If you are doing a pair though, Dreamer and h4rn would have to be my favorites together.
Other Stacks: Copenhagen Flames, Iberian Family/Lyngby Game stack
