ANALYSIS: The fifth overall pick in the draft, Davis had high hopes going into his rookie season, but a hamstring injury suffered in Week 2 has kept him out since. His injury was especially unfortunate after his fine showing in Week 1 (six catches on 10 targets for 69 yards).
The rookie wideout has made noticeable progress in recent weeks, though, and he's not being ruled out for Week 7 ahead of the team's Week 8 bye. A matchup with the Browns this weekend if he returns is extremely enticing, although he may be eased back into action by the coaching staff.
The 22-year-old Davis has the skills and talent to become the team's No. 1 wideout before long, and that's really saying something on a roster that also includes Rishard Matthews and Eric Decker. With Davis' return right around the corner, get ahead of your league mates and stash the promising youngster.
