BALLER MOVE: Add in AL-Only Leagues
ANALYSIS: After an up-and-down 2013 season, Conor Gillaspie is showing consistency in his second year with the White Sox. The 26 year-old infielder has at least one hit in 16 out of 17 games played this season. Though he has yet to hit a home run or steal a base, Gillaspie has been barreling up the baseball well enough (insane 31% line drive rate) for Robin Ventura to slot him in the upper-third of the order each game. The White Sox offense has shown surprising potency over the first month of the season and Gillaspie has had a big part in that success, as evidenced by his .302 AVG 8 R 12 RBI stat line. Conor seems to have a steady hold on the third base job and will likely continue seeing the majority of the at-bats there, regardless of the eventual return of infielders Gordon Beckham and Jeff Keppinger. Fantasy owners looking for help at the hot corner should cash in on Gillaspie's productive play.
