BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB18
ANALYSIS: Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard is an outstanding starting option for fantasy players in Week 4. The veteran is the RB20 for the season, averaging 12.1 half-point PPR fantasy points per game despite the team’s awful two-week start to the year.
The former Oklahoma State star had 16 rushing attempts for 78 yards and four receptions for 12 receiving yards over the first two weeks, totaling 11 fantasy points. However, he was outstanding after the Panthers changed quarterbacks in Week 3, totaling 21 rushing attempts for 114 yards and five receptions for 55 receiving yards and a touchdown, scoring 25.4 fantasy points in the win over the Las Vegas Raiders.

Hubbard is a must-start RB2 because of his success last week and the matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. While they played well against Brian Robinson Jr. in Week 3, the Bengals have surrendered 107 rushing yards, one touchdown, and 19.9 fantasy points per game to running backs this season.
