BALLER MOVE: Start In 12-Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB3
ANALYSIS: Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard hasn't had the greatest season, rushing for 50 or more yards in just four games so far and finding the end zone twice. However, he's coming off one of his better games, with a combined 92 yards from scrimmage thanks to a season-high 47 receiving yards.
This week, Hubbard and the Panthers take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa has been one of the league's better run defenses this season, allowing the ninth-fewest rushing yards per game in the NFL through 11 games. That makes for a pretty tough matchup for Hubbard and this Carolina rushing attack in Week 13.
Hubbard's volume gives him a high floor, but his overall lack of production this season gives him a low ceiling as well. Because of this, fantasy managers should consider Hubbard to be a high-end RB3 play. He's not going to win you this week in fantasy football, but considering he's had double-digit touches in all but two games this season, he shouldn't lose you a matchup either.
