Should I Start Chris Olave For Fantasy Football?
Olave is the WR30 for the year, averaging 10 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The former Ohio State star has 44 receptions on 77 targets for 517 receiving yards and a touchdown this season. However, he has scored fewer than 9.3 fantasy points in four of the past five contests.
This week, Olave faces the Bears in an appealing fantasy football matchup for the wide receiver. Chicago has surrendered 29.3 fantasy points per game to wide receivers, slightly above the league average. Furthermore, they have given up at least one receiving touchdown to wide receivers in all but one game this season.
Fantasy players should consider Olave a mid-range WR2 in Week 9.
Should I Start Amari Cooper For Fantasy Football?
Cooper is the WR42 for the year, averaging 9.8 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The former Alabama star has 30 receptions on 58 targets for 478 receiving yards and a touchdown this season. The last time the veteran played an entire game with Deshaun Watson, Cooper had 116 receiving yards and a touchdown.
This week, he faces the Cardinals in an excellent fantasy football matchup for the wide receiver. Arizona has surrendered 30 fantasy points per game to wide receivers, the 11th-most in the NFL. Furthermore, they’ve given up six receiving touchdowns to wide receivers over the past four weeks.
Fantasy players should consider Cooper a high-end WR2 in Week 9.
Should I Start Puka Nacua For Fantasy Football?
Nacua is the WR4 for the year, averaging 15.3 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The former BYU receiver has 61 receptions on 89 targets for 795 receiving yards and two touchdowns this season. However, the rookie has struggled lately, scoring fewer than six fantasy points in two of the past three contests.
This week, he faces the Packers in a difficult fantasy football matchup for the wide receiver. Green Bay has surrendered 26 fantasy points per game to wide receivers, the 10th-fewest in the NFL. Yet, they have given up a receiving touchdown to wide receivers in all but one game this year.
Fantasy players should consider mid-range a WR2 in Week 9.
