ANALYSIS: Chase Utley's name doesn't often have a positive connotation these days, but Dodgers fans are certainly happy to have him. Thor trolling aside, Utley has contributed in several areas, most notably run-scoring. He currently has accumulated 33 R, placing him within the top 20 in the National League. Utley is slashing .263/.351/.397, which likely represents his ability at this point in his career. The power is not what it used to be for the 37-year-old, as his .134 ISO is comparable with his average over the last five years. He won't resemble the player he was in Philadelphia in the mid-2000s, but Utley still knows how to reach base and score runs. Utley can serve as a category specialist for owners in NL-only formats or deep leagues.
