Baller Move: Add in 12-team leagues for depth

Analysis: There was a time during the off-season when some pundits had Charles Sims as the lead back in Tampa Bay. Many who recognized Doug Martin's skill set knew otherwise. Still, Sims has produced when called upon, and is the clear handcuff should Martin get banged up.
As second-fiddle to the resurgent Martin, Charles Sims has averaged just under 10 touches per game. They are productive touches, as he has a 4.6 YPC average on 66 carries, along with 11.4 YPC on 22 receptions. Sims is third on the team with 33 targets, and leads the Bucs with 231 yards after the catch. He's also been more than reliable in pass protection, so he's the preferred option on third downs and of obvious value in PPR leagues.
That said, starting third-down backs are never a recipe for fantasy success. Unless Martin gets injured again, Sims' volume is limited to the 8-12 touches per game range. The Bucs could find themselves in a lot of passing situations against the Eagles' tough run defense in Week 11, so Sims' targets could tick upward a bit. For around 10 fantasy points per game, there's nothing wrong with stashing Sims as your RB4 or as a flex option.
