We have finally made it! After four glorious months of football and two months of rankings, it has all come down to one of the more compelling National Championship games of any era. Georgia looks to become the first team to repeat as champions since Alabama in 2011 and 2012.
The defending champions are favored by 12.5 against TCU. I think that line is completely bogus. Supertoad looks like a team of destiny. This reminds me of the run Oklahoma went on in 2000. The miraculous comeback against A&M. Avoiding certain disasters against Oklahoma State. That reminds me a lot of TCU's games against Baylor and Oklahoma State this year. I'm laying the max on TCU. They might not win outright, but I will be shocked if they lose by double digits. That's right...that's seven max bets during bowl season. I went down in flames this year. No reason to chicken out now!
I will be providing you with daily college fantasy football picks DraftKings for the CFP National Championship game starting at 8 pm ET on January 9th, 2023. We're still going to go out with a win!

College Football DFS Captain Plays
Max Duggan ($17,400)
Wow, that's a lot for Duggan, but he is such a key part of the TCU offense that he almost has to be this expensive. I do think TCU's team speed might be a problem for Georgia, but the bigger problem will be Duggan completing some deep passes in this game. Ohio State likely would be in this game if Marvin Harrison Jr. weren't hurt in that game. He lit up Georgia a few times before departing. Which TCU track star is going to track down the deep balls? I don't know for sure, but what I do know is that Duggan will throw them.
Kenny McIntosh ($12,900)
Yes, Duggan is out there dropping 30's, but McIntosh has 97.7 DraftKings points over the last four games of the season. He has made plays in the passing game and has scored five touchdowns in those four games. There's a good chance that McIntosh hits 20 here again, especially if TCU's ugly habit of falling behind early comes to fruition in this game. Supertoad brought it against Michigan, though. Either way, McIntosh is going to be heavily involved in the festivities.
Other Captains: Quentin Johnston, Brock Bowers
College Football DFS Flex Plays
Quentin Johnston ($9,600)
Johnston had a big game against Michigan with 163 yards and a touchdown. If you're looking for the most likely candidate to make Georgia hurt in the back end, it's Johnston. He's fast with great hands and has stormed up draft boards everywhere. He's now projected as a first-round pick. I think Johnston goes out with a bang here.
Stetson Bennett ($11,200)
Bennett put up a lot of pedestrian numbers at times this year, but we learned all that we needed to know against Ohio State: if Georgia is involved in a battle, Bennett is going to be a huge part of the offense. He's not the dual threat that Duggan is, but he has a big arm and is accurate. The 36.12 DraftKings points against Ohio State was a season-best. It was also only the second game that Georgia didn't win by double digits.
Emari Demercado ($7,000)
Demercado put up some good numbers last year and had a huge game against Michigan in the semi-final when Kendre Miller went down. I like Miller a lot, but if he plays, he is likely going to be limited. For that reason, I'm comfortable riding Demercado regardless of Miller's status. He's a track star that is a threat to score anytime he's between the sidelines.
Other Flex Options: Kendre Miller, Brock Bowers
College Football DFS Value Plays
Daijun Edwards ($5,400)
Edwards has actually out-carried McIntosh over the last couple of games, but the work of McIntosh in the passing game (and his overall explosiveness) still sets him apart. Edwards is the guy in there getting tough yards, which he could be asked to do more of against a TCU defense that impressed against a dominant Michigan run game.
Jack Podlesny ($3,600)
There's no shame in using a kicker, especially when said kicker made 25 field goals in 30 tries this year. Georgia isn't afraid to kick field goals and they have been known to score some touchdowns as well. Podlesny's floor is likely around eight points. I like that for a value punt.
Other Value Plays: Taye Barber, Emani Bailey,
