ANALYSIS: Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has been a fantasy superstar in 2023. He is the WR2 for the year, averaging 18.2 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The wide receiver has had an outstanding season despite starting the year slowly.
Lamb has 109 receptions on 151 targets for 1,424 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. He has already tied his career high in receiving touchdowns from last season. The superstar is also only two receptions away from breaking the franchise record for catches in the year by Hall of Famer Michael Irvin.
The superstar wide receiver has been on fire since the bye week. He has been the WR1 since Week 8, averaging 22.3 fantasy points per game. Lamb has scored 10 offensive touchdowns during that span, finding the end zone at least once in all but one contest.
Tomorrow night, the former Oklahoma star has an excellent fantasy football matchup against the Detroit Lions. The NFC North division winners have surrendered 31.2 fantasy points per game to wide receivers, the sixth-most in the NFL.
Fantasy players don’t need me to tell him to start Lamb this week. He is the overall WR1 in the RotoBaller rankings for good reason.
