This is a stark contrast to the 0.6 PPR points per game he averaged during the first six weeks with Deshaun Watson under center. With Winston as the QB1, the Cleveland offense has looked much better and more conducive for positive fantasy production.
Facing a weak New Orleans secondary that has allowed the ninth-most PPR points to opposing wideouts, fantasy managers should feel confident starting Tillman in all standard leagues.
