We have another 16 games across two slates tonight on DraftKings, but the split isn't as even as we would like. We have a full slate of a dozen games on the main slate when DraftKings could just as easily leave the 9 p.m. tips on the late slate to even it out a little. I'm not going to complain much. Basketball is basketball! This four-game slate is West Coast-centric, so we have something for us night owls!
We begin in Pullman with the Cougars hosting Utah. A half-hour later, we find Colorado State in Reno to take on the Pack. Up next is New Mexico State in San Jose to take on the Spartans and their rather awesome court design. We end the night up in Seattle with the Ralphies in town.
In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 1/24/24, starting at 10 p.m. Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Deivon Smith, Utah ($7,900)
Smith has started the last three games in place of Rollie Worster, and it's possible that Worster might not get his job back. Smith has 54 points, 23 rebounds, 28 assists, and two steals in those three games. He picked up a triple-double in his first start against Stanford and finished one assist and one rebound shy in the win over Oregon this weekend. Smith is underpriced. So much so that I'll use him even if Worster is cleared to play tonight.
Myron Amey Jr., San Jose State ($7,000)
Amey plays a ton of minutes and takes a lot of shots. That's a good combination in DFS. Yeah, it can result in a low floor, but he has three games over 40 DraftKings points in the last eight games. He even hit 50 once! Amey has added more peripherals of late, making him less of a risk. He has at least 25 DraftKings points in four straight games. Don't expect a ceiling game against the Lobos, but he should be able to at least extend that streak.
Paul Mulcahy, Washington ($3,900)
If you watched the Huskies at all in the first month of the season, you saw Mulcahy carry this team at times. Sloppy games in early December and a cold streak from the floor that lasted a month pushed Mulcahy to fantasy irrelevance. We likely won't see the Mulcahy that logged a double-double against San Diego State early on, but his 10-point outing against Stanford was promising. Mulcahy has 12 points, five rebounds, five assists, and two steals in 46 minutes over the last two games. He might finally be "safe" again.
Also consider: Isaiah Stevens, Colorado State ($8,700); Nique Clifford, Colorado State ($7,800); Alvaro Cardenas, San Jose State ($7,100); Gabe Madsen, Utah ($6,200); Tru Washington, New Mexico ($5,400)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
JT Toppin, New Mexico ($8,200)
The freshman had some spotty success early on, but his inefficient use of fouls cut into his minutes. Toppin still picks up some fouls, but somewhere along the line, he became a really good player. Toppin has 70 points, 40 rebounds, eight blocks, three steals, and an assist over the last four games. Toppin has only missed four of 21 shots over the last two games. It's safe to call it a breakout at this point. Lobos fans would riot if Richard Pitino were to cut his minutes again without a good reason.
Cody Williams, Colorado ($6,900)
If Georgia Tech were on this slate, we could make an all-freshman team! Williams, another talented freshman, isn't the monster on the glass that Toppin is, but he's an excellent scorer and underrated passer to go with his serviceable rebound totals. Williams has at least 23 DraftKings points in all four games since his return and has topped 30 in each of the last two. With Franck Kepnang likely still out for Washington, Williams should have his way in this one.
Rueben Chinyelu, Washington State ($4,500)
Oh, look! Another freshman! Chinyelu isn't nearly as polished as the other two, but he is very strong on the boards and an elite rim protector. His offense is still a work in progress, but Chinyelu has succeeded in cutting down the fouls. His minutes are back on the rise for the Cougars with Chinyelu putting up 47.25 DraftKings points in 47 minutes over the last three games. That's a solid return for the price.
Also consider: Isaac Jones, Washington State ($8,000); Tristan Da Silva, Colorado ($7,200); Jaylen Wells, Washington State ($6,300); Patrick Cartier, Colorado State ($5,700); Mustapha Amzil, New Mexico ($5,300)
