There isn't some catchy name for Wednesday's slates. We just have a lot of basketball on tap. This is the last day of the NBA break. Hopefully I've recruited a few of you to the college side for the remainder of the season. If not, we still have a fun night in front of us starting with the 12-game main slate. The appetizer tonight is in State College with Penn State hosting Illinois.
The usual window has Bama hosting Florida. St. John's heads to D.C. for a fight with the Hoyas. Oklahoma State is in Cincinnati to take on the Bearcats. Clemson heads to Atlanta for a bout with the Bees. Duke is in South Beach for some sun and Hurricanes. Providence is also in Cincinnati to take on Xavier. Georgia heads up to Nashville to take on Vandy. Nebraska heads to Bloomington to try for their first Big Ten road win. Kentucky is in Red Stick to go Tiger hunting. It is the Egg Bowl on hardwood in StarkVegas. We close this out in Milwaukee with DePaul heading up I-94 to take on Marquette.
This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 2/21/24, starting at 6:30 p.m. EST. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Devin Carter, Providence ($9.5K)
Carter is one of the few pay-up spots I will still go to on a large slate. He hasn't been under 30 DraftKings points since December 10 and has been even better without Bryce Perkins. Carter has even hit 60 a couple of times since then. That said, he "only" had 34.75 DraftKings points in a blowout loss to Xavier on January 13. If this game stays close, he'll clear 40. If not, you'll have to accept something in the 30s. Still, there is no safer option for cash games.
Dan Skillings Jr. Cincinnati ($7.1K)
Skillings posted a double-double off the bench against a tough Iowa State team last week and was awarded with a start against UCF this weekend. Skillings came within two rebounds of another double-double, so I would expect him to remain in the starting five. That's good news against Oklahoma State. The Cowboys are young and getting better, but Cincinnati is fishing for an NCAA tournament berth. Expect them to come out strong here, led by Skillings. He has posted at least one of every counting stat in each of the last four games. You know I'm a sucker for guards that can do it all.
Quion Williams, Oklahoma State ($5.9K)
The Cowboys lost Bryce Thompson for the season against Kansas on January 30. In the four games since (all starts), Williams is averaging 12 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.5 blocks, and 1.0 steals. That's good for around 26 DraftKings points per game. That's a good return on the price. What stands out most to me is that Houston locked up Williams in that game. He only had 8.0 DraftKings points. That means the other three (against BYU, Oklahoma, and Kansas State) have been outstanding. We'll forgive the Houston game since they have the best defense in the free world. Williams looks like a lock to hit 30 on the DK scale tonight.
Quion Williams runs on Energizer Batteries!
35 minutes, 15 points, 4 assists, just 1 turnover, 5 of 9 from the floor, perfect 5 of 5 from the line, 4 boards. That's some stat stuffing right there. Well done Quion, we needed ya' & you delivered! #GoPokes #OkState pic.twitter.com/ffbpWnQV5L— OState Daily (@Ostate_Daily) February 18, 2024
Jamyron Keller, Oklahoma State ($4.4K)
Here we get the DraftKings pricing error of the night. Keller, a freshman who played sparingly while Thompson was healthy, has carved out a role over the last four games. He played 38 minutes against BYU and put up 22 points. He didn't miss a single shot for the entire game. That's not likely to happen again, but if Keller continues to start, he'll fetch us about 20 DraftKings points. That's a nice return for a value play.
Also consider: Mark Sears, Alabama ($8.9K); Terrence Shannon Jr., Illinois ($8.3K); Zyon Pullin, Florida ($7.9K); Marcus Domask, Illinois ($7.5K); Trey Galloway, Indiana ($6.7K); Jeremy Roach, Duke ($6.4K); Keisei Tominaga, Nebraska ($6K); Adou Thiero, Kentucky ($5.5K); D'Marco Dunn, Penn State ($5K); Jizzle James, Cincinnati ($4.6K); Rich Barron, Providence ($3.8K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Josh Oduro, Providence ($9.1K)
Looking at the stats, it would seem that the Friars are running a two-man game without Bryce Perkins. That isn't completely true, but both Oduro and Carter have been outstanding since Perkins got injured. Oduro has at least 35 DraftKings points in every game since January 13. The first game of that streak was a 37.5 DraftKings points outing against Xavier. His ceiling isn't as high as Carter's, but with a little careful lineup crafting, it is possible to run both so you don't have to choose.
Joel Soriano, St. John's ($7.3K)
Soriano got a brief demotion to the bench after a terrible game against Marquette on February 10. He returned to the starting lineup this weekend against Seton Hall and notched 37 DraftKings points in 29 minutes. Soriano had been slumping anyway before his demotion, but maybe his head is finally cleared and he can get back to his early season level. The game against Seton Hall was a good start. He has a nice matchup against Georgetown tonight, so he could have another strong game for the price.
Zach Hicks, Penn State ($5.8K)
The struggles of Qudus Wahab have opened more minutes for Hicks, who has at least 20 DraftKings points in five straight games. It's not going to be easy on the interior against Illinois, but Hicks likes to camp out on the perimeter anyway. He's a strong shooter from out there, converting 16 of 34 from distance over that five-game stretch. Expect Hicks to have another solid game for the price since he won't have to deal with most of the size on the Illinois interior.
Tafara Gapare, Georgia Tech ($5.2K)
Gapare only played nine minutes in the first meeting with Clemson, but he did muster 8.5 DraftKings points. Ebenezer Dowuona is going to be out for a couple of weeks, so that opens up a starting spot for Gapare. He started against the Orange on Saturday and put up 27.25 DraftKings points in just 22 minutes, falling one rebound shy of a double-double. Can he do it against another orange team?
Thomas Haugh, Florida ($4.2K)
Haugh played a season-high 26 minutes against Georgia on Saturday and put up 30.75 DraftKings points. He provided the Gators with some much-needed perimeter scoring and hauled in a nice share of rebounds too. Alabama likes to play fast, which should favor Haugh again with Georgia having two giants in Alex Condon and Micah Handlogten in the middle. Expect Haugh to spell them early and often as Bama runs them ragged.
Also consider: PJ Hall, Clemson ($8.8K); Kel'el Ware, Indiana ($8.3K); Oso Ighodaro, Marquette ($8K); Cameron Matthews, Mississippi State ($7.8K); Ian Schieffelin, Clemson ($7.4K); Baye Ndongo, Georgia Tech ($6.8K); Ugonna Onyenso, Kentucky ($6.2K; if Tre Mitchell is out); Jack Clark, Clemson ($6K); Da'Sean Nelson, DePaul ($5.5K); Jalen Reed, LSU ($5.3K); Josiah Allick, Nebraska ($5K); Jamille Reynolds, Cincinnati ($4.6K); Ibrahima Sacko, Georgia Tech ($4.1K)
