We have a big day of college basketball in front of us today and I'll be with you the whole way! Most of the action is on the main slate, which is early today. The afternoon and evening slates have a ton of options as well! The early game brings Texas A&M up to Indiana to play Purdue in Indianapolis. The next set sends Wichita State to Chicago to take on DePaul. Ohio State and Auburn are in Atlanta for Holiday Hoopsgiving.
Next up is the battle of Cincinnati with Xavier going across town to face the Bearcats. Wisconsin is in Indianapolis to take on Butler. We have Georgetown up in the Loud House to take on Syracuse. Seton Hall goes out further in the suburbs to take on Rutgers. Arizona and UCLA meet in Phoenix. North Carolina State heads to the Phog to take on Kansas. We have the second set of Holiday Hoopsgiving between Arizona State and Florida from Atlanta. We close this out in Frisco, Texas with SMU taking on LSU.
This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 12/14/24, starting at noon EST. I’ll give multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.
Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Harper is averaging 23.4 points per game this season. If that isn't enough, he is averaging 5.1 rebounds and 4.6 assists to go with it. Harper does everything and does it well. His floor is still around 30 DraftKings points, which is more than reasonable for the price.
Wade Taylor IV, Texas A&M ($8.3K)
Taylor's slow start is a distant memory by now. We don't care how much he shoots in DFS circles. Taylor's shooting percentage doesn't count against us. We only care about the points; he has scored at least 15 points in eight straight games. We have come to expect this from Taylor -- big point totals with good assist numbers.
Cam Carter, LSU ($6.9K)
When Carter's shot is falling, he can punch above his weight in DFS. He has 77 DraftKings points over the last two games with half of those (39) coming from his point totals. Jalen Reed's injury opens up a scoring vacuum that needs to be filled. So far, Carter is filling it.
Isaiah Coleman, Seton Hall ($6.1K)
Coleman isn't the most consistent scorer out there, but he is one of the better defenders for the Pirates. That keeps his floor around 20 points with upside into the mid-30s if his shot is falling. If you are building your lineup in the middle tier, Coleman is a solid option.
Kario Oquendo, SMU ($5.8K)
The Georgia transfer was having problems getting anything going for SMU. They moved him to the bench and he has exploded for 41 points in 43 minutes over the last two games. He has scored in double figures in all five games as a non-starter while keeping his rebound numbers about the same. He's safe to use again.
Jaquan Carlos, Syracuse ($4.8K)
The injury to JJ Starling has opened up a starting job for Carlos and he has shined in that role. Carlos has 73.75 DraftKings points in three games as a starter. He's not a lethal scorer like Starling, but Carlos is an excellent passer who could stick in the lineup even when Starling returns.
Also consider: Braden Smith, Purdue ($9.2K); Walter Clayton Jr., Florida ($8.1K); Joson Sanon, Arizona State ($7.4K); Caleb Love, Arizona Auburn ($6.8K); Jacob Meyer, DePaul ($6.4K); Fletcher Loyer, Purdue ($5.9K); Miles Kelly, Auburn ($5.6K); Vyctorius Miller, LSU ($5.3K); Garwey Dual, Seton Hall ($4.9K); Denzel Aberdeen, Florida ($4.4K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Johni Broome, Auburn ($10.4K)

— J ? (@CamNewtonFan69) December 13, 2024
Broome is the only guy on any slate whose upside is in the 60s. Forget his pedestrian game against Richmond last week. Broome only played 24 minutes in the blowout win and still almost hit 30 DraftKings points.
Jayden Quaintance, Arizona State ($8.2K)
Quaintance is one of the most elite rim protectors in college this year. He has at least two blocks in every game and is averaging 3.7 blocks per game. He's also a constant double-double threat. He's a poor man's Johni Broome right now.
Devin Royal, Ohio State ($6.9K)
Royal is going to have his hands full with Broome tonight, but Broome isn't an elite rim protector. He is good at literally everything else though, so expect a bit of a tick down in rebounds for Royal. He's still a double-double threat, but expect closer to 28-30 DraftKings points instead of 35.
Matt Cross, SMU ($6.3K)
Cross isn't a consistent scorer, but he is a consistent menace on defense and on the glass. He has at least eight rebounds in six straight games, recording two double-doubles in that span. It's not often you find a constant double-double threat in this price range. If Cross could score in double figures more often, he would be approaching an elite DFS play.
Daimion Collins, LSU ($4.3K)
Collins has been the direct replacement for Jalen Reed. He missed time with a shoulder injury over Thanksgiving, but he has been back to around 22-25 minutes per game. His scoring is up and he's still among the SEC leaders in blocks. There's good potential here with Reed out.
Also consider: Zach Freemantle, Xavier ($9.6K); Thomas Sorber, Georgetown ($8.6K); Alex Condon, Florida ($7.3K); Chad Baker-Mazara, Auburn ($6.9K); David Skogman, DePaul ($6.5K); Quincy Ballard, Wichita State ($6.2K); Solomon Washington, Texas A&M ($5.1K); Lathan Sommerville, Rutgers ($4.5K)
