We are at a special time during college basketball season. We are not locked into two busy mid-week days with nothing on Thursday and Friday yet. We have a loaded Friday slate with tomorrow reserved for football. Let's take advantage! Unfortunately, DraftKings split the slate today. We still have star power on both slates, though, and that's what really matters.
We start in the Queen City (one of them) with Xavier hosting Wake. Next up is Wofford and Duke from Cameron Indoor. Notre Dame heads to D.C. to take on Georgetown. South Carolina is in Bloomington to face the Hoosiers. Yale is in The Barn to face Minnesota. We end in Oxford with Mississippi hosting Colorado State.
This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 11/16/24, starting at noon EST. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Cooper Flagg, Duke ($10.4K)

It's not often that you see numbers like that from a true freshman this early in the season...especially against a team like Kentucky. The only thing I'm a little worried about today is a possible blowout. That might take away from some of Flagg's production, but the numbers should still be good enough if this gets out of hand.
Nique Clifford, Colorado State ($7.8K)
Clifford likely could have left for a larger school, but he stuck around in Fort Collins. Clifford has scored 63 points and hauled in 36 rebounds in the first three games. He can do it all for the Rams. Even though this is a tougher matchup, I like Clifford a lot at this price.
Bez Mbeng, Yale ($5.8K)
John Poulakidas is a superb scorer, but Mbeng is the motor for Yale. Mbeng has 45 points, 16 rebounds, 17 assists, three blocks, and a steal so far. Poulakidas is averaging five more points, but he trails in all peripherals. I like both today, but if you can only use one, use Mbeng.
Dailyn Swain, Xavier ($3.8K)
Swain is playing 26 minutes per game and is priced this low. He has 30 points, 20 rebounds, nine assists, three blocks, and five steals so far. Take advantage of another disrespectful pricing of a Xavier player.
Also consider: Hunter Sallis, Wake Forest ($9K); Markus Burton, Notre Dame ($8.1K); Kon Knueppel, Duke ($6.6K); Jacobi Wright, South Carolina ($5.8K); Juke Harris, Wake Forest ($3.6K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Collin Murray-Boyles, South Carolina ($9.6K)
There is so much value on this slate, that it's kind of easy to play both Murray-Boyles and Flagg. If you have to pick between the two, CMB is a little more consistent as a sophomore than Flagg as a freshman. CMB has 63 points, 32 rebounds, six assists, four blocks, and three steals in the first three games.
Thomas Sorber, Georgetown ($7.5K)
Big man came up big in week ☝️
Freshman Thomas Sorber was named the BIG EAST Freshman of the Week ?#HoyaSaxa pic.twitter.com/uqFknkyPG0
— Georgetown Hoops (@GeorgetownHoops) November 11, 2024
We probably don't need to anoint Sorber as the second coming of Patrick Ewing just yet, but it's hard to not be impressed by his first two games as a Hoya. Sorber has 45 points, 22 rebounds, four steals, four blocks, and two assists in 60 minutes of court time. Hell, just toss him in the Georgetown Hall of Fame already!
Khaman Maluach, Duke ($6.4K)
Maluach is still only playing about half the game for Duke, but he is averaging nine points and nine rebounds through the first three games (with six blocks). He's a force on the interior, which is unusual for Duke. Maluach is a strong play for this price point.
Zach Freemantle, Xavier ($4.1K)
???? Zach Freemantle connects on his 4️⃣th 3️⃣ of the game! ????#LetsGoX | ALL IN pic.twitter.com/cauPU4G6mW
— Xavier Basketball (@XavierMBB) November 13, 2024
This is where the pricing gets dumb. Freemantle has 57 points, 21 rebounds, eight assists, four steals, and three blocks in three games and he's still priced this low. If you don't use Freemantle, you hate money. He should be 100% rostered today. If he's not, some people aren't paying attention, and therefore, donating.
Also consider: Mackenzie Mgbako, Indiana ($8.8K); Oumar Ballo, Indiana ($7.3K); Kyler Filewich, Wofford ($7.1K); Efton Reid III, Wake Forest ($6.9K); Kebba Njie, Notre Dame ($4.6K)
