We are one step closer to March! It's another lighter night with only five games on tap, but we have five different conferences, including two Power Six conferences. We start off in Dayton with St. Bonaventure visiting. The other early game is from the Big Ten. If Ohio State in Iowa City is half as good as the Big Ten's offering last night, we're in for a good night!
The later window has Toledo in Akron to take on the Zips. Butler is at the Birdcage to take on Creighton. We finish this slate off in Reno with San Jose State in town to face the Pack.
In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 2/2/24, starting at 7 p.m. EST. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Baylor Scheierman, Creighton ($9,000)
Scheierman has only been under 32 DraftKings points once since Thanksgiving and it was against the defending national champions. We can forgive that. Win or lose, close game or blowout, Scheierman continues to produce on a nightly basis. He's the safest play on the slate and has good enough upside for GPP usage as well.
Javon Bennett, Dayton ($5,900)
Bennett has gotten back on track since a rough start to the Atlantic 10 season. He has at least 22 DraftKings points in four straight games, including 36.75 in the blowout win over Rhode Island. The Bonnies don't play a style that allows anyone to blow them out, but Bennett is still going to put up solid numbers. He was playing well before the A-10 season started. I think he's safe to use again.
Shammah Scott, Akron ($4,900)
A lot of guards see the floor for Akron, but Scott is one of the few who gets a healthy dose of minutes no matter what. He'll play about 25-28 minutes per game. Scott isn't really good at anything, but he's solid across the board. He has at least 15 DraftKings points in four straight games. He seems settled into a solid role for Akron. On a slate where value is hard to come by, Scott is the safe play. I don't really care about the limited upside.
Also consider: Trey Alexander, Creighton ($8,800); Tony Perkins, Iowa ($8,400); Posh Alexander, Butler ($7,400); Bruce Thornton, Ohio State ($6,800); Steven Ashworth, Creighton ($6,500); Daryl Banks III, St. Bonaventure ($5,200)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Da'Ron Holmes II, Dayton ($9,800)
Holmes has at least 40 DraftKings points in five of the last six games. No one else comes close to his ceiling tonight. This is a tougher matchup against St. Bonaventure, but Holmes is the best player on the slate. He carries the Flyers and will again tonight.
Javan Simmons, Toledo ($6,100)
Simmons is going to have his hands full with Enrique Freeman tonight, but he has scored at least 10 points in seven of the last eight games. He has been a consistent force for the Rockets' scoring and on the boards. Freeman is likely going to dominate the middle in this game, but there's room for Simmons to be productive as well.
Barry Evans, St. Bonaventure ($4,700)
Evans is a jack of all trades off the bench for the Bonnies. He produces across every category, even though he is a limited offensive player. Evans plays enough minutes and is active in every other facet of the game. That makes him a solid value pick, but like our guard value pick, the upside is limited.
Also consider: Enrique Freeman, Akron ($9,600); Ryan Kalkbrenner, Creighton ($8,800); Chad Venning, St. Bonaventure ($6,800); Adrame Diongue, San Jose State ($5,000); K.J. Hymes, Nevada ($4,800)
