We are down to four games tonight, featuring some teams we rarely see on DraftKings. As we approach the Christmas lull, they are all on-campus games.
We open in Athens with Buffalo taking on Georgia. Next up is Lipscomb in Murfreesboro taking on Middle Tennessee State. UC Irvine is in Nashville taking on Belmont. We close out in Austin with New Orleans in town.
This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 12/19/24, starting at 7 p.m. EST. I’ll give multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Camryn Weston, Middle Tennessee State ($7.8K)
Another CUSA/WAC game, another CUSA win and career high for the leading scorer!
Middle Tennessee (@MT_MBB) outlasts Cal Baptist behind a career high 30 from Camryn Weston. Weston added 5 reb, 2 assists and a steal, all off the bench.
Nice win!

MTSU is still taking it easy with Weston since he is just over a year removed from an ACL tear. He has proven to be a little more effective off the bench than as a starter. The Blue Raiders need his scoring more for their second unit and he can fire at will. He has a good ceiling, but the floor is rather low since he doesn't start most games.
Silas Demary Jr., Georgia ($7.2K)
Demary is one of the better perimeter defenders in the SEC, but he's inconsistent as a scorer. He has a solid floor thanks to the defensive numbers, but he lacks the ceiling most of us want at this price. He's better suited for cash games.
Jordan Pope, Texas ($5.2K)
This may be the night to run a player who usually gets more run in blowouts. Pope has played a lot more in the Texas games that have gotten out of hand. He has 27 points and six assists in 44 minutes over the last two games -- both huge Texas wins. I'm expecting Texas to have this game in hand by halftime, so I'm banking on another good second half from Pope.
Isaiah Walker, Belmont ($4.7K)
Walker plays a ton of minutes for the Bruins. He's a good spot shooter, but he doesn't get creative. He's strong on the boards and an underrated defender. I'm not sure why Walker is this cheap, but he's an automatic play at this price in any format.
Also consider: Ryan Sabol, Buffalo ($8K); Will Pruitt, Lipscomb ($7.8K); Tyrin Lawrence, Georgia ($7.3K); Carter Whitt, Belmont ($6.9K); Jlynn Counter, Middle Tennessee State ($6.4K); Blue Cain, Georgia ($5.9K); Chendall Weaver, Texas ($5.1K); James White, New Orleans ($4.5K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Jonathan Pierre, Belmont ($9K)
Jonathan Pierre had an insane amount of D1 offers after he had a monster season at the D2 level.
He chose Memphis, and didn't continue his success there. However, Belmont helps him to revive his career and seriously contend in the Missouri Valley Conf.pic.twitter.com/QRsHCMP1El
— Ersin Demir (@EDemirNBA) December 15, 2024
The strange thing is that Pierre may have a better chance at an NCAA Tournament berth with Belmont than many other D1 schools and he wouldn't have been the main attraction at most of them. Pierre finished three rebounds and one assist shy of a triple-double against a good Richmond team last week. He does everything and does it well.
Jacob Ognacevic, Lipscomb ($8.2K)
Ognacevic is Lipscomb's version of Pierre. He's just not a very good passer. The ceiling is lower, but Ognacevic is a better shooter and almost as strong on the boards. There's more than enough value to flaunt the OVC bigs in your lineups tonight.
Dylan Faulkner, Lipscomb ($4.8K)
Look, it's not as if Lipscomb is playing a power conference team. In basketball, Conference USA and the Ohio Valley are about the same thing. It's boggling my mind that Lipscomb players are priced this low.
With Faulkner, I get it. He hasn't played 20 minutes in a game yet this season. He still has at least 24 DraftKings points in five straight games. That's a nice bargain, even if he does only play a little less than half the game.
MJ Thomas, New Orleans ($3.7K)
We know that New Orleans isn't going to win this game. They won't even come close. However, I expect most of their minutes to remain consistent. Thomas played 29 minutes in a 47-point loss to Iowa and 23 minutes in a 31-point loss to Baylor. He put up a combined 40.75 DraftKings points in those games. He'll be plenty good enough for this price.
Also consider: Arthur Kaluma, Texas ($9.4K); Essam Mostafa, Middle Tennessee State ($7.4K); Bent Leuchten, UC Irvine ($6.3K); Brigham Rogers, Belmont ($4.5K)
