BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB4
ANALYSIS: It doesn't matter if a running back is projected to have great volume because of injuries at the position. He can still be sat. Houston Texans running back Cam Akers was bad last year, has been bad this year, and has two Achilles tendon tears on his injury history.
Akers carried the ball 13 times for 53 yards against one of the worst defenses in the Jacksonville Jaguars, a team that's been marked by complete ineptitude this season and had lost one of its best defenders. Akers didn't catch any passes. The Texans don't seem to trust him much.
It sounds like Cam Akers might get another start. The problem with that is he's......not good.
Two games:
- 22 carries for 74 yards
- 3 targets and 1 for 8 receiving7.6 PPR ppg which includes a TD that saved his Week 3 fantasy day.
Let someone else deal with that.

Now he's facing the Buffalo Bills, one of the best defenses in the league, and while they got gashed by Derrick Henry and the Baltimore Ravens last week, it would be a crime to compare Akers to Henry. Akers is bad at football and he's a third-string running back for a reason.
It's hard to trust him. It's unlikely he will get many points unless he scores rushing touchdowns, and those are highly unpredictable. Barring that or unexpected passing-game usage, there's not much upside here.

De'Von Achane - Week 5 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Borderline Start POSITIONAL VALUE: RB3/Flex ANALYSIS: Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane, after being a clear must-start through the first two weeks, is now much more questionable due to the team's offensive situation. The absence of starting QB Tua Tagovailoa has turned Miami's best offensive playmakers from set-and-forget studs to massive headaches. The […]
Justin Watson - Week 5 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Sit POSITIONAL VALUE: WR5/WR6 ANALYSIS: Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice has a significant knee injury and will miss at least a few games. Does this mean other Chiefs receivers are worth picking up and starting? It doesn't. Justin Watson has been in the NFL for six full seasons now and has […]
Jalen Tolbert - Week 5 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Sit POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/Flex ANALYSIS: Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert is an interesting player to keep your eyes on, but he hasn't done enough yet to justify a start, especially not against the fantastic Pittsburgh Steelers defense in Week 5. While fellow WR Brandin Cooks has been ruled out, it's just a […]
JuJu Smith-Schuster - Week 5 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks
BALLER MOVE: Sit POSITIONAL VALUE: WR6 ANALYSIS: There's still a weird sentiment that Kansas City Chiefs wide receivers should all be considered for starts after the lead receiver suffers an injury. This is a bad idea. WR JuJu Smith-Schuster isn't good and hasn't been good for years. He had a few fluky good games in […]

BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team Leagues POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/Flex ANALYSIS: Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell had his second solid game in a row filling in for injured star WRs Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua in their absences. Atwell showed his penchant for big plays, catching four passes on five targets for 82 […]
