BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/FLEX
ANALYSIS: While Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley didn't do much in his Week 3 loss to the Green Bay Packers, there's a trend that fantasy managers should be noticing. Titans QB Will Levis is terrible. Ridley is still a good receiver, he's just stuck in a bad situation.
Ridley is shaping up to be a boom-or-bust player, similar to how he was in 2023. Ridley's production will come and go with the play of Levis, and when defenses can stymie him, it can get pretty ugly.
Will Levis has played 11 full NFL games. In those, Levis has:

* Thrown 9 interceptions
* Fumbled 9 times
* Won 3 times pic.twitter.com/YuXFOyipYX— Adam Levitan (@adamlevitan) September 23, 2024
It's a frustrating situation for Ridley owners. He was paid a huge contract by the Titans, so NFL evaluators still understand he's a good talent. But Levis makes ridiculously bad plays on a routine basis and often fails to put much at all together throughout entire games.
Calvin Ridley truly being featured in the Titans' offense. Very few defensive backs can deal with the stem and pacing of his routes, also helps he is even more explosive in his second year back. pic.twitter.com/lhwSSr1LAk

Ridley isn't perfect, though. He's known for making drops on big plays and could've had an even bigger game against the Jets if he'd had better hands. Fantasy managers should know he's a high-upside boom-or-bust player, and Levis is still inexperienced, so it could get a bit better as the season goes along.
He's worth a start in 12+ team leagues and startable in deeper leagues.
