BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/FLEX
ANALYSIS: The Tennessee Titans are looking to bounce back after a tough defeat at the hands of the Chicago Bears in Week 1. Tennessee pulled out to an early lead before offensive woes essentially gave the game to Chicago.
Week 1 was a similar story to how Ridley's 2023 season unfolded in Jacksonville. He was targeted a lot, but he only finished with a few receptions and didn't find the end zone. Specifically, he caught three of seven passes thrown his way for 50 yards.
Part of this low catch rate boils down to Ridley's big-play style, but a lot of the blame can also be placed on quarterback Will Levis, who simply did not look like an NFL starting quarterback in Week 1.

Levis will need to play better in order to elevate the fantasy value of those around him, including Ridley. That could happen this week against a New York Jets defense that was overpowered by the 49ers last week. The 49ers won largely thanks to their rushing attack, and while that doesn't directly correlate to Ridley, the Titans could get into a better rhythm if they're able to establish the run early.
Once they're in a rhythm and the defense's back is against the wall, Levis should have more opportunities to complete tough passes to players like Ridley.
Still, after what we saw from Week 1, it's tough to have much optimism in the Titans' big free-agent addition. Ridley still finds himself in the WR3/FLEX tier and can be benched in favor of better options in leagues with 10 teams or fewer.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically. Not every WR is like this, though, […]
