BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: QB1
ANALYSIS: After a rough first two weeks for Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams, he posted better fantasy numbers in Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts. Williams threw for 363 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions en route to a 19.3 fantasy point day. Another solid fantasy game could be in store for the rookie quarterback in Week 4 against the Los Angeles Rams.
The Rams have allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season and the fifth-most pass yards (775) entering the week. So, despite Williams' struggle to begin the year, he could be a sneaky QB1 option in 14-plus team leagues this weekend.

He should get back his veteran wide receiver (Keenan Allen) -- who has missed the last two games with a heel injury -- and Los Angeles' secondary has had a hard time stopping the pass this season. Both Kyler Murray and Brock Purdy threw for over 250 yards and three touchdowns against the Rams over the past two weeks. Therefore, Williams could be a solid start in 14-plus team leagues and some 12-plus team leagues.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically. Not every WR is like this, though, […]
