BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE6
ANALYSIS: Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton has been outstanding lately. The young tight end has averaged 6.3 receptions on 8.7 targets for 65.3 receiving yards, one touchdown, and 15.7 half-point PPR fantasy points per game over the past three weeks. More importantly, he stepped up for the Buccaneers with Mike Evans (hamstring) and Chris Godwin (ankle) out of the lineup.
Otton has seen 10 targets in back-to-back games, totaling at least eight receptions for 81 receiving yards and 14 fantasy points in both contests. Last week, he scored two touchdowns against the Atlanta Falcons, ending Week 8 as the top-scoring tight end.

Fantasy players should start Otton over almost every other tight end in Week 9. He faces a Kansas City Chiefs defense that has surrendered 13.3 fantasy points per game to tight ends, the second-most in the NFL. Otton should have his third consecutive game with double-digit targets on Monday night.
