BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues, 2QB Leagues

ANALYSIS: While the Houston Texans probably aren't going to be a winning football team this season, their young passing attack certainly appears to be in play for fantasy managers. Houston's top draft pick of 2023, quarterback C.J. Stroud, is quickly demonstrating his competency as a passer at the NFL level.
Through Houston's first two games, Stroud has totaled 626 passing yards, two TDs, and zero INTs. The rookie most recently torched the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2 and finished as the fantasy QB13 for the week.
The rookie's progress will be aided by the fact that he has a pair of explosive young wide receivers in the form of Nico Collins and fellow rookie Tank Dell, as well as competent veterans in Robert Woods and tight end Dalton Schultz.
We can expect the Texans to be trailing in lots of games this season and they've already demonstrated their willingness to turn Stroud loose when things get ugly, as evidenced by his 47 pass attempts last week against the Colts. Houston's shaky offensive line and the rookie QB's reluctance to run the football are notable negatives, but Stroud has the potential to remain fantasy-relevant throughout 2023.
