BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 47% of leagues
ANALYSIS: C.J. Cron's fantasy stock skyrocketed after the Rockies signed him and made him their cleanup hitter. He's been largely dropped in the batting order during June, but that doesn't reflect on his recent performance. The veteran slugger has hit .304/.385/.674 with five homers and 19 R+BI since June 10, thanks in part to fewer whiffs (27.5% strikeout percentage entering play that day, 15.4% since).
The Rockies should be listening to trade offers, but after death and taxes, "the Rockies' front office not doing an obviously prudent thing" might be the third most certain thing in life. For however long he sticks around Denver, Cron is worthy of a roster spot.
