BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2/WR1
ANALYSIS: You sat down for your fantasy draft, made it to the later rounds, saw a rookie, and figured you'd take a shot on him. If that player was Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr., then congratulations! You now have a player that should never see the bench.

There hasn't been much rust to shake off. He has ridiculous speed (over 22 MPH), and he's the fifth-fastest player in the last seven seasons (ever since Next Gen Stats used GPS trackers to record player speeds). He's an absolute burner who can be shot out of a cannon on every play, and he's a good route-runner, too.
While he did have a rough game in Week 6, there were a few miscues that he can clean up, and he has the talent to get open for huge plays often. Defenses so far have had three plans to stop Thomas -- get pressure on quarterback Trevor Lawrence, hope the QB misses his throw, or hope the rookie wideout drops the ball.
That worked in Week 6. Lawrence overthrew his new favorite WR on what could've been a touchdown of over 50 yards, and BTJr uncharacteristically dropped what would've been another touchdown. These things happen. Don't let them lead you astray -- and start Thomas this week.
