BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
OWNED: 69% of Fleaflicker leagues
ANALYSIS: Coming off a 3-for-5 performance in which he belted (pun intended) his 13th homer of the season, Brandon Belt has proven himself a solid source of production at the 1B position in 2015. The 27-year-old has a .279 AVG with 13 HR, 45 RBI and 5 SB across 97 games in 2015, a line that puts him on pace to set new career highs in both HR and RBI despite hitting near the back of the Giants lineup. His .361 wOBA, a strong mark on its own, puts him ahead of both Troy Tulowitzki and Albert Pujols and just behind the likes of Adam Lind, Freddie Freeman and Nolan Arenado, all of which have significantly higher ownership percentages than Belt. While his spot in the Giants lineup somewhat hinders his production, Belt has managed 10 RBI over his last 15 games with a handful of HR in that stretch and should provide good numbers for a fantasy team in need. Only available in one third of ESPN leagues, he's far from a waiver wire steal, but should be grabbed if available.
