Last week’s segment was another swing and a miss. Pitt nearly took down Clemson, but quarterback Cade Klubnik diced up the defense with a clutch game-winning touchdown run with slightly over a minute remaining. Nebraska had USC on the ropes but ultimately fell short. Tennessee didn’t even start its backup quarterback with Nico Iamaleava healthy and did not have the firepower to compete with Georgia.
This week, the headliner is "Big Noon Kickoff’s" Indiana-Ohio State showdown in Columbus. Aside from the obvious big game, the Big 12 is sure to provide entertainment with BYU-Arizona State and Colorado-Kansas both kicking off at 3:30 p.m. EST.
The headliner for this week’s night slate is Notre Dame taking on an undefeated Army team, a game nobody ever thought would hold this high for playoff implications. If Bryson Daily and Army somehow manage to pull off the upset, Army would vault into the playoff discussion and Notre Dame may fall to the outside looking in. Buckle up, just two weeks remain in the regular season. Here are this week’s bold predictions.

Ohio State Runs Score Up On Indiana
The narrative surrounding Curt Cignetti’s Hoosiers has been that they haven’t played a real team. That changes this weekend as they take on the second-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes on the road. As good of a team as I think Indiana is, the talent gap is just too large between these two teams. Couple that with a rowdy home crowd, and the recipe is there for this game to get ugly.
Ryan Day has historically done very well in perceived big matchups where he has a clear talent advantage. As deserving as Indiana is of a bid in the playoff, I like Ohio State to dominate this weekend.
Colorado Blows Out Surging Jayhawks
In back-to-back weeks, Kansas has beaten Iowa State and BYU. Once 2-6, the Jayhawks need to win out to make a bowl game. Quarterback Jalon Daniels has been playing much better after a rocky start to the season and should offer a fun duel with Shedeur Sanders this weekend.
We're ALL IN.

Kansas is not the only team in this matchup that has been hot, however. Colorado has averaged 39.5 points per game since losing to Kansas State in mid-October, and I expect that heat wave to continue into Lawrence this week. Give me the Buffs to stay hot and blow out a feisty Kansas team.
BYU Drops Two Straight, Falls From Big 12 Race
BYU was a fun story while it lasted, but the Cougars’ undefeated season took a turn when they lost to Kansas last week. This team can still play its way into the playoff, but a loss this week would do a lot more harm than last week’s loss.

Arizona State still has a bit of playoff hope as well. Kenny Dillingham’s team has been a tough out all season, and by hosting BYU this weekend, it should be fired up. The Sun Devils will keep their postseason hopes alive with a big win over BYU on Saturday.
