ANALYSIS: Leading-man Trae Young bitched about the Hawks organization not making enough of an effort to put the team closer to the playoffs by last season's trade deadline. Atlanta added Clint Capela, but he couldn't even debut for the team. In another flurry of moves, the Hawks have revamped the team a lot leading up to 2021 and although it isn't clear how they'll fit all of the new pieces together, the puzzle surely is there to be asembled.

One of those newcomers: Bogdan Bogdanovic, the swiss-army knife eligible at all SG, SF, and PF positions. Bog, playing for the Kings last season, appeared in 61 games while forcing Buddy Hield to the bench and logging 28.9 mgp. That was not an overly high playing time per game, but it was good for him to end with a 15-3-3 average line to go with one steal per game. Bog also limited his turnovers to just 1.7 per game, a nice addition to his game.

Bogdanovic, even on reduced playing time, was shooting 7.2 3pa last season and hitting 2.7 per game (37.2%). While Bog is not the cheapest of players with a top-100 ADP, it must also be said that he was a borderline top-85 fantasy player in 2020, turning him into a relative steal at this point of draft season. Bogdanovic will face competition for playing time with Trae, Rajon Rondo, Kris Dunn, and Kevin Huerter around, but he could very well be the second-best guard in Atlanta only behind Young.
