According to ProFootballTalk, the Bears are optimistic that Jay Cutler will be able to start at home against the Oakland Raiders today. Many expected Jay Cutler to miss a few weeks with his hamstring injury, but he has looked good enough in the last few days for the Chicago coaching staff to believe he will return. Cutler returns to the lineup after the Bears lost 26-0 last week in Seattle.
Cutler will be without #1 receiver Alshon Jeffery, who is missing his third consecutive game. With no Jeffery and Cutler playing hurt, Cutler won't merit a start in any fantasy format. However, Cutler playing should provide a boost for Martellus Bennett, who will make for a solid DFS play as he faces a Raiders defense that has allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to tight ends so far this season.
Marquess Wilson and Eddie Royal also become interesting options as possible bye week replacements or injury fill-ins. With Clausen in the lineup, some considered the Raiders defense as a streaming option, but if Cutler plays the Raiders aren't as intriguing, and you can likely find a better defense on the waiver wire.
