ANALYSIS: The injury bug has bitten Chitown hella hard this season. The aftermath? Well, let's call it a no. 2 seed in the East. Not bad if you ask me. Part of that has been the unpredictable-yet-very-real campaign rookie Ayo Dosunmu is putting together while backing up Lonzo Ball/Alex Caruso as they recover from their respective maladies. Ayo has started all 19 games since Jan. 15 at the point, which is no joke.
Ayo is playing nightly for the Bulls, and not only that, but he's actually delivering the tasty goods. Dosunmu's 38 MPG are truly insane and the comeback of the two stars (Zo/Caruso) will obviously cut his upside in half. That said, he's been excellent while on the court putting up an average 12-4-6-1 line since the day he started this run as a starter a little over a month ago. In the past couple of weeks (five games played), Ayo is at an even better 12-5-6-1-1, which is as solid as it can get for the rook.
ESPN is reporting that Lonzo has ramped up his efforts of late, and Caruso will soon be cleared to complete dribble drills. That, though, also means that both guys are still weeks away from coming back to the court, let alone playing heavy minutes and getting back to their usual role. Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu have proved more than capable of manning the Bulls' backcourt, have the numbers to back up their cases to stay on the lineup, and are here to stay. Ayo will give you 10+ points a day to go with sublime shooting percentages (59% from the field in the last five games), reasonable three-pointers (1.4 per game from Jan. 15 on), and fantastic steal numbers with the negative of his high TO rate (1.8 TOPG as a starter).

BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 8% of leagues ANALYSIS: The surge of Deni Avdija in all fantasy leaderboards has a very easy-to-grasp reason and that's Kyle Kuzma missing time with an injury.
