I am a diehard sports fan with a serious love for the Seattle Seahawks. However, I am a fan of all Seattle sports including the Kraken and the Mariners. I grew up around sports playing basketball, football, and lacrosse growing up. I went on to play lacrosse in college in Massachusetts and I have settled into the New England region for the time being. To this day I receive grief in New England about the infamous 1-yard line interception in the Super Bowl. Outside of sports I enjoy everything that has to do with the outdoors. Staying active is a big part of who I am and that manifests itself in sports and the outdoors for myself.

Will Dissly And Hayden Hurst Have Practice Reps Capped On Tuesday

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Will Dissly (shoulder) was limited in practice on Tuesday. Additionally, tight end Hayden Hurst (illness) did not practice on Tuesday. Dissly has missed two straight games with the injury so his return to practice at this point in the week is encouraging. Dissly is not very fantasy-relevant on his own, […]

J.K. Dobbins And Gus Edwards Both Limited On Tuesday

Los Angeles Chargers running back J.K. Dobbins (knee) was limited in practice on Tuesday. Dobbins' running mate Gus Edwards (ankle) was also limited. Dobbins has been on injured reserve since Week 12 with his injury. He had been putting together a nice bounce back season with 766 rushing yards and eight touchdowns in 11 games. […]

Jaleel McLaughlin Returns To Practice For Broncos

Denver Broncos running back Jaleel McLaughlin (quadricep) was limited in practice on Tuesday. McLaughlin missed Denver's Week 16 game against the Los Angeles Chargers with the injury. His return to practice this early in the week suggests that McLaughlin has a good chance of being available when the Broncos travel to Cincinnati this weekend. McLaughlin […]

Matt Prater Limited In Practice Tuesday

Arizona Cardinals kicker Matt Prater (left knee) was limited in practice on Tuesday. Prater was recently designated to return from injured reserve and has been practicing in his 21-day window for the past week. Prater has not played since Week 4, so it is no surprise that the Cardinals are easing the 40-year-old back into […]

James Conner And Trey Benson Limited Tuesday

Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner (knee) was limited at practice on Tuesday. Rookie running back Trey Benson (ankle) was also limited. Conner picked up his injury in Week 16 against the Carolina Panthers. There has been much speculation as to whether or not Conner would be able to play in Week 17, especially since […]

Tee Higgins Limited In Tuesday's Practice

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (ankle/knee) was limited to kick-off Week 17 preparation. Higgins often receives rest for various ailments throughout the season. However, he has not been listed with an ankle injury recently. That suggests that he picked up the ankle issue on Sunday, but the fact that he practiced in any capacity […]

Joe Burrow Limited On Tuesday

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (right wrist/knee) was limited in practice on Tuesday. Burrow has been on the injury report with the wrist injury throughout the season. He has also been limited with the knee injury for the past several weeks. As such, his limited participation on Tuesday is not concerning. Burrow is amid one […]

10 Worst QB Performances From Week 16, Including Drew Lock and Dorian Thompson-Robinson

Week 16 brought a mixed bag of quarterback performances. The Saturday games were excellent, but Sunday brought puzzling quarterback play. Particularly, Drew Lock and Dorian Thompson-Robinson struggled mightily in Week 16. Many quarterbacks are playing for their 2025 roster spots and starting jobs right now. Some of the guys on this list are not doing […]

DK Metcalf Finds The End Zone In Week 16

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf caught his first touchdown since Week 7 in Seattle's Week 16 loss to the Vikings. Metcalf got off to a fast start with 57 yards and the touchdown. However, he was quiet in the second half and was not heard from as quarterback Geno Smith started spreading the ball […]

Jaxon Smith-Njigba With Monster Day In Week 16

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba was excellent in Week 16 against the Minnesota Vikings. JSN caught eight of 12 targets for 95 yards and a touchdown. The effort earned him his first 1,000-yard receiving season of his career and bumped his touchdown total to six for the season. The effort marked a continued breakout […]

Kenneth Walker III Exits Week 16 With Injury

Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III (ankle) was limited to 31 yards on eight carries in Seattle's Week 16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. He also brought in an eye-popping eight receptions for 28 yards. Walker left the game in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury. He was tackled at the goal line […]

Geno Smith Delivers QB1 Numbers Despite Two Interceptions In Week 16

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith was solid for fantasy in Week 16 against the Minnesota Vikings. Smith tossed two interceptions, but he managed 314 passing yards and just his second three-touchdown game of the season. Smith also attempted 43 passes this week which was his highest total since Week 6. The volume led to fantasy […]

Noah Fant With Solid Day In Week 16

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant caught three of six targets for 50 yards in Week 16 against the Minnesota Vikings. Fant earned six targets after earning seven in Week 15. He did a lot more with his receptions this week than he has in recent weeks. It was great to see since Fant had […]

Jaxon Smith-Njigba A High-End Option In Week 16

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba is in an excellent position to succeed in Week 16. The Seahawks are hosting the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings have been one of the worst teams at stopping opposing passing games in fantasy this season. Part of that is due to the fact that the Vikings are so adept […]

DK Metcalf Carries Risk Despite Great Matchup In Week 16

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (shoulder) draws an excellent matchup against the Vikings in Week 16. However, Metcalf has been borderline unplayable in recent weeks. He has been bothered by a shoulder injury that has limited his practice reps but it has not stopped him from playing in any games. Metcalf has not caught […]

Tyler Lockett Should Remain On Waivers In Week 16

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett continues to be a disappointment for fantasy. That is unlikely to change in Week 16 despite an excellent matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. Lockett has been completely phased out of the Seahawks' game plan. Offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb has shifted most of the attention to wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba […]

Noah Fant Outside The Starting Realm For Tight Ends In Week 16

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant (knee) has had a solid floor this season. However, there is not much ceiling with this player. That is unlikely to change in Week 16 against the Minnesota Vikings. Fant's one saving grace is that he receives decent target volume relative to the Seahawks' passing game volume. He received […]

Jason Myers Has Solid Floor In Week 16

Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers has a chance to make several kicks in Week 16. The Minnesota Vikings have an excellent defense, but Seattle should be able to move the ball on this team, particularly through the air. Myers has been one of the better kickers in fantasy lately. He has posted at least nine […]

Seahawks D/ST Faces A Tough Task In Week 16

The Seattle Seahawks defense/special teams is heading into a clash with one of the league's hottest offenses when the Minnesota Vikings come to town in Week 16. 2024 NFL QB Power Rankings: All 32 Starting Quarterbacks for Week 16

Week 15 was a tale of two different types of quarterback play. Players were either excellent or terrible, and there was not a lot of in-between. Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught 10 of 12 targets for 83 yards in a Week 15 loss to the Green Bay Packers. DK Metcalf Playing His Way To Fantasy Benches After A Three-Catch Week

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf's value has cratered this season. He only caught three passes for 28 yards in Seattle's Week 15 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith (knee) suffered a knee injury in the team's Week 15 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Sam Howell Abysmal In Relief Of Geno Smith

Seattle Seahawks backup quarterback Sam Howell did not do much to inspire confidence when called upon in Week 15. Tyler Lockett Catches One Pass Once Again

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett only caught one pass for 22 yards in Week 15 against the Green Bay Packers. Lockett's 22 yards marked a game-high dating back to Week 9. Noah Fant Records Three Receptions In Week 15

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant caught three passes for 15 yards in Week 15. The Seahawks could not get much going against a relentless Green Bay Packers defense. Seahawks D/ST Not A Great Option In Week 15

The Seattle Seahawks D/ST has enjoyed a nice run since they came out of their Week 10 bye. The unit has been a starting-caliber D/ST for four straight games. 2025 NFL Free Agency Primer: Important Dates of 2025 NFL Free Agency

Super Bowl LIX is over and the Philadelphia Eagles are the world champions for the second time in their existence as they stopped the Kansas City three-peat talk cold. Dynasty Fantasy Football Risers and Fallers - February 2025 Market Report

With the Super Bowl in the rearview mirror, it is time to look ahead to the NFL Combine and the NFL Draft. Early 2025 NFL Draft Rankings - Top Player At Each Position

The 2025 NFL Draft really isn't that far away. For fans of historically terrible teams, the draft is the best time of the year, as it instills hope that things might change. And for Dynasty fantasy managers or those extremely dialed-in who play only redraft, it's an interesting time as well. Knowing which players go […]

Tale of Two Seasons - Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Edition Part III

If you’ve played fantasy football for any time, you’re accustomed to seeing a player’s splits—a comparison between his stats during one period of the season vs another. This is different than a two or three-game sample. We're looking at two samples, typically consisting of six to eight games per split. Sometimes, splits can be just […]

2025 Second-Year Breakouts: Sophomores Who Could Shine In Year Two

A 2024 season full of rookie breakouts spoiled the fantasy community. Brian Thomas Jr. (WR4), Malik Nabers (WR6), Ladd McConkey (WR12), Brock Bowers (TE1), Jayden Daniels (QB5), and Bucky Irving (RB13) excelled in their first professional seasons. That made it even more of a bummer when other big-name rookies and first-round picks didn't burst onto […]

It's never easy going from worst to first in Dynasty fantasy football. But it's possible. NFL Rookie Dynasty Mock Draft: 2025 Fantasy Football 12-Team, Superflex/Two-QB

Tale of Two Seasons - Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Edition (Part II)

It's not uncommon for a player to have a hot streak or a cold spell during a long season. It's the nature of the beast.
