Arizona Cardinals tight end Ricky Seals-Jones has been a solid safety valve for rookie quarterback Josh Rosen. Seals-Jones has a very good matchup against the Raiders in Week 11 and should feast in between the 20's. The tight end should return high-end TE2 value and has TE1 upside in Week 11.
