Quintana focused on his inside fastball to righties as well as changing speeds on his curveball. Quintana should return top-30 value for starting pitchers in 2018 and makes for a fine SP2 in mixed leagues.

San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey (ankle) received a cortisone shot, which helped calm down inflammation in his ankle. Posey also took an MRI exam, which ruled out anything serious.
